I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the rental property. The bed in the apartment needs some serious work and the lawn needs to be sprayed as every time you stepped on the lawn you got attacked by mosquitoes. But other than that, everything was wonderful. AVH was very responsive when we let them know that the house did not have a k-cup coffee maker and one was brought over within a few hours. I would stay there again as would anyone else that was there.
