Outstanding Beach Townhouse! Just steps to beach, restaurants & shopping

The property is in a great location and overall very happy with the experience. It could have been cleaned slightly better prior to arrival, but it was not bad enough to be a problem. Overall very happy and will book again.

Great location

Was not clean. Rugs were dirty vents where filthy, showers has mold on shower heads we cleaned ourselves. Mold/mildew on shower floors. Lots of things were rusty. There was only 4 towels total. There were no beach towels. There was no soap or bathroom products. The washer and dryer is in the garage, and also rusted on the top. Stairs were an odd size and depth, had to walk sideways down the stairs

Comfortable townhouse, great location

We enjoyed our stay, it was a great place. It was clean, close to the beach & restaurants. It was great! Appreciated all the beach accessories provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon the arrival of this lovely townhouse, their lockbox was a little tricky, but we figured it out. All lockboxes are different but what I did like about this one is you did not need a key to the house! You just type in a code. The house was super clean. The beds were all made up, and I noticed the toilets and sinks and bathtubs have all been washed (i’m a bit of a stickler when it comes to that) The place is walking distance to a a souvenir and convenience stores as well as little shops for gelato & such, which made it very pleasant in the evenings for night walks! If you are a nightlife person, there was music playing, and people drinking and having fun, but I did not partake in those festivities. It was pretty close to all things that you need, but if you needed things from the Publix grocery store, just rent a car. The house was fully stocked with dishes and linens, as well as towels, beach, chairs, toys, and things for children, as well as babies. I loved how the garage was attached to the townhouse. Overall, the communication was spot on every time I had a question/concern about something. The backyard was a perfect patio size with a hammock that my 8yo daughter loved! I am coming back to this place in October for my sister‘s wedding! It’s the perfect place and neighborhood! I felt safe :) Thank you!

Coming from San Diego, we were looking for a beach stay to meet our adult daughter and friend who live on the Space Coast. We wanted to stay out of touristy areas but be close enough to go to events in South FL. Deerfield Beach worked out perfectly and this unit was fabulous. Three nice sized bedrooms with a short walk to the beach. Check-in and out was easy with code. We went to Hard Rock for Morgan Wallen and Inter Miami FC. Both were easy drives and nice to come back to a clean well decorated relaxing, beachy unit. Chairs, umbrellas, towels, and 2 bikes came in handy. Would definitely stay again!!

This is a great place with VERY comfortable beds and many other amenities. My siblings and I were in Deerfield Beach for family business. This was the perfect location for us! We would definitely stay again if the opportunity comes up.

The house is in good condition, comfortable stay and location is good for the beach and restaurants. Has beach chairs too. Taking a star off because no supplies are provided at all, no toiletries, no coffee, no laundry supplies. The property managers should supply at least few days' worth of basic necessities.

Our family with two kids under eight enjoyed this townhome for a five-day stay. Foremost was the excellent responsiveness from the host. I had a few questions before and during the stay and received thorough answers quickly each time.

Location is amazing with close proximity to restaurants and the beach.Property was very clean and bright. Great communication with the owner. There was one minor issue at check in but it was resolved quickly. We did notice the odor others have mentioned but not until the last day when we turned the air conditioning on. Otherwise it was a lovely stay

What a beautiful home! It was a great location, just a few blocks to town center & beach. Hostess was very responsive. Nice that it had beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. If I ever stay in Deerfield Beach again, I would love to stay here again!

Great location - just 5 minutes walk to the beach Apartment is clean and comfortable.

We have a wonderful time during our visit. But for three days straight since the day we arrived, the entire house smelled like mold, so we had to get air freshener. Also unfortunately the grill could not work because even after several time trying the gas will not turn on.
