Absolutely — here’s a more natural, human version:⸻We had such a great stay at Jim and Megan’s place in Lake Arrowhead. From the beginning, they were super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond, which made everything smooth and stress-free.The house was exactly as described — no surprises, just a really clean, well-kept space with awesome amenities. The beds were comfortable and nicely made, and you can tell they really care about the details. It felt welcoming right away.I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Lake Arrowhead. We’d happily come back again!

Great experience

The house is so cozy and comfortable. Teens and young adults loved the game room and we enjoyed the view of the deck from the living room. We didn’t get to enjoy outside because of the rain but we played so many games and connected that it didn’t matter. Planning another trip during warming season.

We love this place. This is our second time staying here. The place is well kept, the beds are comfy, we love the cold/hot plunge tubs and sauna, our kids love the game room, and its conveniently close to some nice trails near arrowhead.

Clean, close to town. Light switches were a little difficult to figure out initially. Not where you think they would be when you walk in. Amenities were nice.

The place was easy to find, we had enough parking for our two cars and enjoyed the multilevel cabin. It is well maintained and has a lot of things to keep you entertained- bbq islands galore, fire pits, infrared sauna and the outside tubs than can be turned into cold plunge stations with a medium bowl of ice from the fridge. I was only surprised by how much traffic you can hear from the backyard since it’s about 70-80 feet from the Grass Valley road that connects to the 189 highway. The neighborhood is super quiet and private. I drove into the Lake Arrowhead Village which was a very short drive. But overall, it is a nice cabin and cared for by the owners.

A beautiful property that made us all feel like we were staying in a hotel! Super clean, everything is easy to find, and of course, the game room is a hit with the whole family. We even learned how to play shuffleboard! The wall Connect 4 was really fun too. The beautiful views made morning coffees so peaceful, and the location made Lake Arrowhead and Lake Gregory easy to get to. Hope to return soon!

Cabin was beautiful, clean, and has everything you need! Great location and a perfect place to stay for all ages! We loved soaking in the outdoor tubs, the sauna was really nice, the kids had fun in the game room, the hosts provided everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen as well as outside to bbq. Overall a wonderful experience. 100% recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip…. We will definitely be back!

Great location very near Lake Arrowhead village. Plenty of things for young children. Fun mountain cabin (its a house really). The outside tubs are a real kick!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. I loved the aesthetic of the cabin and the private aspect of the location of the home. The home was equipped with many of the things we needed. The linen was clean and there were plenty of towels. Personally did not have any issues during the stay and I will definitely come back to this location when I am back in the area and refer people that I know to visit. If you're thinking about renting this property this is your sign to do so now.

Very clean and beautiful. The home just felt very comfy, the game room was fun the beds were comfortable. Just a great house over all, I would definitely come back. My family and I just went for a couple days to play in the snow.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin in the pines. We really enjoyed the amenities with the hot and cold plunge tubs and the sauna in a scenic backyard as well as the quiet street, modern facilities and location to some great hikes and the rest of arrowhead. Communication from the host as well as local info were very much appreciated. We will seriously consider booking the same exact trip again for next year.

Our staff of 5 was looking for a place in the mountains to get a little rest and recreation together for team building. We couldn't have found a better spot!! It was so convenient to the shops/lake, etc. The floor-plan gave us all privacy as well as great areas for group hangout, conversations, and fun. This was also the smoothest and easiest coordination I've ever had with a vrbo owner. Can't wait to find a reason to come back up here with my family!

The house was great! We really enjoyed the soaking tubs! Our truck barely fit in the driveway and it was hard to find getting there in the dark but otherwise it was a wonderful 2 night stay for my husband’s birthday.

Every time I am lucky enough to stay here, it gets better and better. You are instantly on vacation and so relaxed the entire time. Beautiful home, amazing owners, overall a perfect place for a getaway!

Being the tubs under stars with the fire nearby relaxed us so deep that months of mayhem slid away and we literally waved goodbye to the stress when the water drained ? plus sauna/plunge in AM was badass. Perf recharge. Beds were fantastic. Attn to detail in decor was uplifting. Great quality everything. Games were a hoot. Trailhead of the top-rated local hike is 200yd away, idyllic rustic restaraunt is 4min drive, dtown Arrowhead is 8ish min. Will book again asap. Loved every minute.
