Outdoor shower and wonderful private fenced yard

The property was comfortable and well appointed. we used the grill for several meals and appreciated the private outdoor spaces. The location was close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. There is a German bakery within walking distance that is a great place to check out. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The property was very Clean.

Enjoyed my stay. Was very clean & the hot tub was perfect after such a long drive. Would stay again if in the area. Has fully private fenced in yard with lots of cool birds Lots of Florida scrub jays & cardinals if your into bird watching. Not far from Siesta Key.

This house was absolutely gorgeous! Better than the pictures. We loved that there were extra essentials all throughout the house (as a family were always forgetting the little things lol) and even had plenty of beach necessities!

This is a fantastic location, near the coty and the beaches. Great yard for pets, nice interior design taste. Our stay was perfect 10/10. Caitlin is veey friendy and responds quickly. The house also has beach accesories which is a big plus. The hottube for 4 people is a great touch. Every time I want to come to Sarasota I will tey to stay here.

We had wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described-clean, comfortable , and well - equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything. Communication with host Caitlin was smooth and friendly from start to finish. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

This property while not on the beach offers in town amenities with quick access to numerous beaches. This is the second time we have stayed. No worries with such a rapid response from the owner. We plan to stay again next year!

I have been going to Florida for the past 10 years to vacation & I have stayed in tons of places but I think this place was my absolute fav place!! It was close to everything & fully stocked even down to toilet paper (LOL) the host was amazing also, always replied back ASAP. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a beautiful time in Sarasota and this house just topped it off being very clean and spacious!

We come to Sarasota every April on our Best Friends trip and each year we love to stay at this house! It’s perfect in every way! There is nothing we don’t love about it! It’s so clean and in a great location so close to so many things! Communication with the owner is great too. We have already booked for next year!

The proximity to Siesta Key was awesome! Beach accessories were great for family with small kids. The house is clean and the kitchen and bathrooms are nicely updated. Loved having a washer and dryer in property as well. There is construction going on behind the property that starts very early - wasn’t a problem for us as we are early risers. The only minor inconvenience was that the listing said it slept six however there are only two bedrooms with two queen beds and no pullout couch. Also the living area does not have any curtains/shades so difficult sleeping even if on the couch. The listing was such a good price though that purchasing an air mattress was no problem for us and there was plenty of space within the second bedroom for the air mattress- so all was perfect with a quick Amazon delivery! Would absolutely return to this house thank you again for the great stay!

The stay at this cute, pet friendly home was awesome. It’s actually our 2nd time visiting this home. Perfect for 4 people and dogs had room to explore the backyard. Living space was comfortable to lounge around after a day at the beach. Kitchen was also well supplied for us to cook a Thanksgiving meal! Appreciated this great place - will be keeping it in mind for the future!

Accommodates large dogs with a fully fenced privacy yard. Centrally located to everywhere and everything. The comforts and extras this property has to offer is a huge bonus.

We love this place. It is in a nice neighborhood. Close to the beach and shopping. The hot tub is very nice & the grounds were kept up nicely. The inside is very bright and comfortable. We really like the fact that our dogs can come with us. The kitchen is well stocked did not find the need to be without anything to cook with.

We enjoyed the house. The location was great. Was all we hoped for.

We had a wonderful time and and because of hurricane Debby we spent the first 2 days here not leaving the house once during the storm!! The house is in a safe location and storm shelter approved!! Lol but the house is very nice!! All the appliances are new and nice!! We loved the showers and bathrooms!! And my wife loved having the sink and makeup station to get ready in the bedroom!! The house is wonderful and we would most definitely stay here again!! Thank you for the wonderful place to spend our vacation!!

Great place to stay

The house is well located 15 min drive to beaches and close to stores. The interior design is just wow when you enter. The 2 rooms have queen size confortable beds. Kitchen is well equiped. The backyard is very private. We had an exellent stay. Robert & josee

the house was very clean and had all the stuff you need, plus even some more ( like herbs to cook and coffe ...) we really enjoyed our time there and Caitlin is a very nice Lady who really cares about you and she helps you out when there is a Problem.
