Outdoor Oasis w/ Updated Dock: Cape Coral Home

The house far exceeded our expectations. Upon walking in the front door, the first word out of our mouths was WOW! From the layout to the amenities, we enjoyed our home away from home. It is perfect for multiple adult couples or those traveling with kids. We had plenty of opportunities to have fun between the pool, kayaks, putting green, and karaoke machine. The house is walking distance to the beach, which gets crowded fast on the weekends. We saw a burrowing owl on our walk to the beach and another pair a block or two over from the house. If you are planning a trip to Cape Coral for fun or just to relax, this could be the perfect house for you.

Great location and beautiful house.

We had a wonderful time at this house with our 4 year old daughter. The pool was the perfect temperature and very clean. I'm not sure it's salt water like described but we enjoyed it regardless. The kayaks were great and easy to use from the dock. We had a nice time kayaking to yacht club beach one morning. The putting green was a fun break from the pool. The house had plenty of pool and beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc. We definitely appreciated the child safety locks on the doors and high door handles on the screened area. Everything was super clean and host very responsive. My only complaint would be that the water off the dock is from the river and is the color of sweet tea so not the beautiful color you think of for Florida. Obviously not the houses fault but I didn't realize that before booking. Also, I could have lived without the awkward conversations with my daughter about the tasteful nude pictures in the master bedroom lol. If I ever come back to this area I would definitely stay at this house again!

It is well-maintained and has all the basics for a relaxing family spring break in Cape Coral. Our kids loved the outdoor space and plenty of room inside. Thank you for a fantastic week in Cape Coral and Sanibel. We would definately book again if in the area.

The house was a great size and had many outdoor features the kids loved! The house was very clean and the host was very responsive when contacted.

Wonderful house with everything you need! Suggestion would be to find storage for all the pool toys. There was a kiddie pool filled with old water and a mountain of pool toys. Other than that the house was beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is up to date and stocked with nice appliances and cook ware. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we are in Cape Coral!

We stayed for a week with our adult children (ages 20-24). The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and there were several amenities with the home. We enjoyed the patio/pool area, and the grill was brand new. The area has plenty of sidewalks for a stroll and the Boat House bar/restaurant was great for sunsets (a short walk away).

This property was clean and spacious. The property managers were quick to respond to any concerns. The location was close to anything you may need in Cape Coral. Quiet neighborhood . One negative was we were not able to use the grill as the propane tank was empty . The large door to the lanai was difficult to lock and unlock. A maintenance employee was going to mention this to the property owner. We would highly recommend a full coffee pot for the property. There is a single Keurig but we would prefer to have a pot and not use so many K-cups. Clean, newly updated, quiet . Large, comfortable bed and large smart tvs !

House was great and looked just as the photographs and description depicted. We brought our boat, the dock worked perfectly. There is a boat ramp very close at the yacht club which is publicly accessible. We are a quite group with a toddler in bed early, all of the neighbors were very polite. It would be nice if they would remove the boat lift and make the dock more accessible for other boats. Otherwise, great house and will stay there again if we come back to the area.
