Outdoor Oasis w/ Pool: Davenport Resort Escape!

Our family stayed in this home for 6 nights and had a great time. The house was lovely and the beds were comfortable. We opted to heat the pool which was a good choice for the time of year we were there and made it possible for us to spend hours there when we weren't visiting parks or going on other adventures. Michael, our guest contact, was extremely helpful on multiple occasions and was always very quick to respond.

Our stay at this property was fantastic! The property had plenty of space for us! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool/hot spa. Would certainly request this property again.

I was very impressed with this property. It really was a beautiful home. The house was very clean and well maintained. The pool area and outdoor kitchen was what sold us on this property, and it did deliver!The pool was well-heated and the hot tub was functional. The beds were comfortable as well.Definitely a five star rating for the property! The bedroom-bathroom setup was great.

We’ve been vacationing in Orlando for the last 15 years and this is the best house we ever stayed at. The house was clean and neat upon arrival. The house was big enough for my big family. We were able to hang out comfortably in the first floor. We especially loved the grill that was build outside as we grilled every night and dipped into the very clean pool. The agent was fantastic and professional, we especially valued the fact that the house didn’t demand ridiculous check outs requirements. As previous reviews have stated, the house is huge. There is a private suite that includes a master bed/bath and the twin bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathroom. This was exactly what my family needed as this allowed my husband and I to keep a close eye on the kiddos. The outdoor area was nice, and the kids enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely consider this home again if we are in the area.

This is our second time returning to this property, we love it so much! This is the biggest, most spacious house I've ever seen! If you're traveling with friends or family but still want privacy, this is the place for you! Every room has a private bathroom, TV and plenty of space, the house feels like a private hotel! It also has 2 giant living rooms and stunning kitchen with every appliance (and more!) you have at home. The whole house was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The gated community is beautiful, very quiet and safe!

The house and neighborhood was beautiful and safe. The only downfall is that it’s in a gated community with a very strict HOA so you have to be mindful of the amount of cars. We also noticed that the house was pretty bare bones as far as supplying things like soap, salt and pepper, tin foil etc. I suspect that this is because the owners have been burned before by guests stealing items. Overall the stay was lovely, the house is massive and fit all 11 of us comfortably. The host was extremely accommodating and answered my texts and calls whenever I had questions or needed to add someone to the driver list. Would definitely recommend this stay but be sure to be prepared to do some shopping beforehand.
