Stayed Oct 1, 2025This is a lovely home with all the amenities you could wish for. The pool area and outdoor bar are a treat and the home is situated on a quiet street giving a real sense of tranquility. It is less than a mile to the beach and just about everywhere else in Sea Pines. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & highly recommend the house.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025Our whole family, 6 adults and 1 baby, enjoyed our weekend on Hilton Head Island at this beautiful, well appointed home. We all enjoy time in the pool, hanging out around the fire pit, dining and game playing at the generous sized dining table as well as lounging under the cabana with beverages. Each of the 3 couples liked having their own king sized bed and private bathroom. Also, having beach access at such close proximity made it easy to zip back home as the baby needed. Linda and Jay are the best communicators we’ve ever had through VRBO. BEST hosts ever!!!

Stayed Mar 1, 2025The home, yard, pool, and hosts were exceeded our expectations! Everything went as planned including the heated pool and rented cornhole. The home was spacious and beautifully decorated and spotless! The backyard was amazing! Also, the videos about the home were extremely helpful and easy to understand regarding the tvs, thermostat, and pool. We are so pleased we decided to go with Kahuna Cove! There are many properties in Sea Pines, but we know we made the best decision choosing this home. Looking forward to going back in the future!

Stayed Aug 24, 2024We have stayed at several houses on Hilton Head Island in the past few years - furnishings at this house were just ok. For example, the dining room chairs were very uncomfortable. The kitchen table was too small for our family and the chairs were uncomfortable. We could not, as a family, all comfortably sit down together for dinner. Kitchen was very small (2 people) and had few pots and pans of varying sizes. The master bedroom was very big but there was (again) no comfortable seating - just a bed. The landscaping in the pool area was beautiful however the pool had lots of debris in it when we arrived- we cleaned it with the net provided. The spa worked great! The art work inside the house was wonderfully, however the biggest drawback was the only access to the beach was a 10 minute bike ride (carrying beach chairs, toys etc - was not fun), or a 20 minute walk. There was no parking for a car to drop off grandparents at the beach. The only parking was at the beach club (limited parking) and a long walk to the beach. Not accessible for people with any mobility issues ( this includes young children who can not walk far) Through all this we made it work and had good weather and enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Had a great stay at kahuna cove. Great outside pool and cabana area. Short bike ride to the beach. House was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen has everything you need (and more) to cook a feast with the family. Would stay again!

Any questions that we had were answered quickly. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay at this house again. Loved the owners!

The house is beautiful and was a perfect set up for our group - everyone had a great/comfortable room, there was lots of space for our babies to play, and the outdoor space with grill/pool/hot tubs was amazing. Hosts are super responsive/helpful - we had an issue with the pool that they took care of immediately. Easy bike ride to the beach. Everyone agreed - this place is even better than the pictures, and we’d all love to stay here again!
