Stayed Aug 12, 2025One of, if not best rentals we've stayed in. The house is very nicely appointed, the decor is modern and fresh, it had all the amenities to enjoy a beach holiday and make a nice dinner and eat outside. The location is ideal, close to shops, golf, a quick drive to Hanalei to have a picnic and watch the sunset and early morning walks. The property manager was attentive and responsive when needed but it had everything. We will rent this property again, why search for anything else. We will be back to Kauai and the house. It's a gem.

Stayed May 3, 2024Extremely nice, clean, and comfortable house in wonderful neighborhood. Had an issue with the oven while we were there and they were very quick to respond and provide a toaster oven we could use until the serviceman could come. Would love to stay here again!

Stayed Apr 26, 2024This property was very clean and well-stocked. It provided everything we needed for a lovely vacation in Princeville and I found the host extremely responsive to questions (though we had no problems and all info was easy to find). We appreciated the easy check in and being able to use beach chairs and boogie boards. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. The photos are accurate - always a relief when booking a vrbo.

Stayed Jan 20, 2024Our stay at the house was fantastic. The location is great. The house was in great condition, it appeared to be newly renovated. There were enough common household items to get us through such as laundry detergent. The beach chairs also came in handy. Highly recommended for future guests.

Stayed Dec 30, 2023Our experience with this property was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect and the amenities were as billed. The home was clean, modern and comfortable. Aside from the local roosters (ha ha!) the community was quiet. Having access to beach toys and boogie boards for our 5 year old was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 13, 2023We enjoyed your house! It was very clean and crisp. It had every thing we needed. It was located in the safe and beautiful princeville neighborhood and close to everything North Shore. It's very quiet there. We especially liked sitting on the back porch, watching the birds, and having coffee in the mornings. We liked the indoor plants. It made it feel like a home.
