Located in a quiet pocket of Apollo Bay, this property is nestled adjacent to lush green farmland with impressive views of the surrounding Otway Ranges. This exceptionally well maintained home presents great value to the discerning holiday seeker. Within easy walking distance to the town centre and the impressive Apollo Bay Beach, where you can enjoy all Apollo Bay has to offer.

You will also find within a 2-minute walk from your property a large playground, tennis courts and the localswimming pool where you can enjoy a dip, or you can take advantage of the pristine beach.

Your property features an open plan kitchen, living and dining. The living room has an LCD TV, DVD, CD player and Foxtel, providing a large selection of programs for your enjoyment, plus a coonara wood fire, reverse cycle air conditioner and more. There is a 6-seater dining table, and the kitchen has all the necessities you could want on your holiday.

There are 3 bedrooms; one has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, while the second bedroom has a double bed and the third has a bunk bed. The main bathroom has a bathtub with shower over it and a toilet, plus a separate laundry has a top loader washing machine, dryer and all your laundry needs.

The rear of the property has a lovely deck area with BBQ, table, chairs and umbrella, where you can simply relax over your BBQ with a glass of bubbly and soak up those idyllic tranquil views.

    One of us slept in the bunk bed room the first night and was sick by the morning. They had watery eyes and runny nose.Maybe disinfect that room or leave the windows open for a few days, very stuffy room

    Some pans unwashed, internal doors rattle when windy, made for difficult sleep, fire place wasn't clean ready to use, house is dated but overall done Us for 4 nights. If you stay there make sure to take coffee ,tea, sugar , milk, salt and pepper. Don't expect 5 star and it will do the job.

    We loved the location and the overall feel of the property. There were no towels, no wifi, no firewood and also no clear instructions on where to return the keys for check-out. We arrived Friday afternoon and pickup the keys from the office in town, but they were closed the whole of weekend so didn't address the issues we had. If the management is improved, it would be a fantastic place to stay at.

    Overall we enjoyed the weekend, however the photos made the place look significantly bigger than it is, and it needed some extra supplies - brining your own linen does not normally mean tea-towels and when we asked we were told to buy some. Also there was only 1 match provided. Many lamps were for tea-lights but there were none available. We had to walk pots and pans before using them.

    We had a great time. The property had everything we needed. Location is great and in a quiet area. Great views to the hills and farm land, and nice seeing the cows. The host is very accommodating. We will come back.

    The view from this property is amazing, with cows regularly passing by your back fence. I hadn’t realised on the listing how close by your neighbours are though. The house is a great size for a family for a week away. It could do with some minor maintenance repairs & a good clean to make it great. Little extras like tea towels & essential staple pantry items like oil salt pepper, cling wrap would have been handy. It’s a good option but with a few small touches it could be a great 5 star accommodation choice.

    Really enjoyed our stay. Kids especially loved the cows at the back fence and the wood fire made it cozy for our winter stay. Would definitely recommend.
