Stayed Jan 1, 2026I would give more stars if I could. Everything about this place is first rate. Extremely well appointed kitchen, baths, and bedrooms, five star view from the terrace. Hosts extremely attentive and left wonderful welcome treats. Check in is simple - two car garage!

Stayed Jan 6, 2024This patio home is perfect. View is outstanding. It is a very quiet area close to good restaurants. Make sure you book for as long as you can. It was hard to leave.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were guests in this beautifully situated house for just over 4 weeks and felt very comfortable every day. The furnishings and decoration were very sophisticated and stylish. The technical Appliances in the kitchen and laundry area were obviously new and easy to use. The crown jewel of this facility is the backyard. Well equipped with 2 comfortable seating options (outside under the parasol and under the veranda) we were able to enjoy the fantastic view, nature and the animals (hummingbirds, meerkats, coyotes, deer and a bobcat) every day.We will remember this location fondly for a long time and, if our health and rental conditions are right, we would be happy to come back next year.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I stayed at the Overlook for the month of December 2022. Upon arrival the digital entry into the home worked perfectly. Upon entry the home was impeccably clean and decorated very well. Each bedroom was furnished with lovely furniture and decor! Both bathrooms were nicely updated and in perfect condition. The kitchen was supplied with everything you could possibly need! The laundry room was supplied with new, modern washer/dryer. The back patio is the gem of this property! Beautifullly landscaped, BBQ, comfortable furnishings for outdoor entertainment. I enjoyed watching wildlife while sipping my morning coffee. One morning a bobcat strolled by me with his breakfast in his mouth! I highly recommend this lovely property!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969From the kitchen to the bathrooms and bedrooms, all of the amenities were provided. The entrance and the back patio are beautifully landscaped and cared for. The view from the back patio is beautiful and the neighborhood is safe and is close to shopping and recreation.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Overlook in Oro Valley, AZ. The property is exactly as pictured. What the photos cannot tell you, is that it is spotlessly clean, well stocked/furnished, and has many thoughtful extras that make it feel like home. We love the outdoors, so the outside space is important to us also. This rental did not disappoint! We enjoyed listening to the birds sing and watching the many hummingbirds at the feeders. We spotted deer and a coyote and enjoyed grilling out in the evenings. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and walkable. Communication with the Evolve team was excellent.
