Orlando Vacation Home - 4 bedroom end unit,1 Block from the pool.

My family of 8 had a great stay! Host answered any and all questions we had before and during our stay.

This home was perfect for our family. We appreciated the holiday details - all the way down to the tree that our daughters could wake up to on Christmas morning. The host left clear expectations and instructions which made our stay here the easiest part of our trip. We loved having enough bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. The pool was close, shopping was convenient, and the community was peaceful. We would stay again, anytime!

All good with host and unit. Well stocked and functional kitchen. Comfortable furniture and beds. Great cable and smart tvs.Regal Palms is a large resort. A unit at the back would be a 10-15 min walk to the pool. This unit is just a block away.Lots of umbrellas, tables and lounges. Clean and well maintained.The resort is also adding a new, large, pool which, as off July 2025, is under active construction. This will really make the amenities top notch.Resort staff were friendly and helpful.We would return.

We had an amazing stay. The townhome was just as listed. Very spacious and clean. I loved the hand soap at every sink, and washer and dryer in the unit. The resort was clean. Loved the bar and restaurant by the pool. We had great pool days when we were tired from the parks! I would highly recommend this Vrbo!

A very comfortable stay for a family of three visiting Universal studios. The drive to Universal was about an hour. A day a bit more with traffic. Easy access to grocery stores, etc. Resort with lazy river was a great down time for our family. The condo itself is 1 block from the pool as advertised and came equipped with floaties too! Beds were very comfortable. All TV’s are cable based with the exception of 1 that is app based. WiFi was great and the kitchen was adequately stocked. We enjoyed our vacation VRBO very much!

We’ve stayed at Regal Palms every year for spring break since 2019 and this is our favorite unit so far! Location is extremely convenient, house is stocked with pool floats/ toys and baby items (pack n play and high chair). Beds are comfortable and plenty of extra linens. Will comfortably sleep 10 depending the ages of your group!

The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and homey. The property owner was very responsive. We were visiting Florida for a soccer tournament and the location was great - close to the fields, a Publix, and restaurants. The pool was nice. An overall excellent experience!

This is a beautiful property. Kelly has thought of everything that guests would need for a smooth stay. I made several meals. The beds were cozy. I had 4 teenagers with me and felt comfortable enough that i allowed them to walk to the amenities by themselves. This space was large enough that we were never on top of each other. The drive to seaworld and aquatica depended on what time of day that we left. it would take anywhere between 30-50 min to get to the parks. I had instacart deliver my groceries right to the front door without hassle. everything that you would need was just a short drive. the house was nice and cool. tvs were large. pots and pans were great quality. the coffee maker was pretty quick. the ice cream parlor and arcade was very inexpensive. i can not say enough about this stay! my only advice would be to stick with some tupperware for leftovers. overall- it was fantastic

We stsyed for 6 weeks. Great location to on-site amenities gorgeous pool, sllde and lazy river. About 20 minutes to Disney. Wonderful host. Responded immediately to any issues. Well equpped kitchen. Comfortably beds A tv in every bedroom. .

The property was great to stay in. Perfect for our family trip to the theme parks. Close enough to get to the theme parks quickly but far enough away to be out of the heavy tourist area. The unit was spacious, well maintained and very clean.
