Description

This Orlando House Villa is set in around 1 acre of land with a view of a spring fed fishing lake. It is not a water run off retention pond. Bass. carp. sun fish. gar fish and more.
Spectacular views of the Lake can be seen from the pool and the Florida room (sun room). You can also fish from the dock. We do advise not to swim in the lake as there are a lot of long stemed lilypads that you could get wrapped up in.
Not overlooked, very private and quiet at the end of a dead end.
Swimming pool and patio to sit out in under a screened area.
The rear of the house is fenced in so dogs can run off the lead, just make sure the gates are closed.
All the ground floor is included with the en suite bedroom adjacent to the pool.
No one else will be in the house, the upstairs is locked off.
Tv's are in the sun room and living room, leather recliner in the lounge.
Dining table in the dining room and a breakfast bar in the kitchen.
Bean to coffee machine and a pod coffee machine to accommodate all coffee lovers.
King bed with en suite and plenty of drawers and wardrobe space.
Separate toilet washroom downstairs.
Orlando House is close to family run restaurants besides the big chains.
