Orlando Area 4BR 2 Master Bedrooms 3B Pool Disney Universal Family pet friendly!

This is our fourth time staying at this property, it’s clean, spacious, and offers activities for everyone. The check in/out process is a breeze. Jose is a wonderful host!

Jose was a fabulous host! The house was perfect for our needs. It is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores etc. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. Loved the mattress on the bed in which we slept. The kitchen had everything that we needed and while we didn't need them, I noticed that Jose had lots of things for young children. The house was great for my dog who loved going out in the backyard which is fully fenced. I can highly recommend this house and think anyone staying there will be very safisfied.

Good place to rent

Jose was a very responsive host and communicated very well. The house was perfect for my family.

First time in Altamonte Springs and Jose's house fit the bill. We were at a wedding in Winter Park and the came here. House was fully equipped and a very nice layout. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and sons stayed here for work. Everything was wonderful. The place was clean, beds were comfortable. They didn’t have much time to enjoy all the wonderful amenities- except they played a few rounds of pool. Would stay again.

Great house for a group but one trip to IKEA to get matching plates, glasses and silverware would really help. I also would have loved a few lounges by the pool.

Jose communicated in a very timely manner. House was clean, but did have any issue in kitchen along with dead palmetto bugs. Living in Florida we get it! Some minor maintenance issues in the bathrooms and the dryer did not heat up to dry the load of laundry we did. Overall great stay!

The house is a little tired and need some work. We didn’t have enough towels. We had to wash them every day they were they were old and used. No cleaning supplies had to buy our own swiffer to clean the floor. The backyard was filthy, but the pool was beautiful.

The house was perfect for us. It had so many things to do in our down time. Jose is a very thoughtful host and provided everything we needed. The location was great for us, lots to see and do. We're coming back in May and hope its available afain.

The stay at the House was a Good time for my family and I. Lots of room for everyone. Great kitchen and family room for everyone in the house to come together to eat & have fun. The pool is very nice too.

This house is amazing. The photos do not do it justice. So much space and so wonderfully decorated. There was plenty of room for all of us to be together and still find our own corners to escape from each other as well. Neighborhood is close to everything and is super quiet. Would love to stay here again should I be back in greater Orlando.

Fine for our needs.

Our second year staying here. Perfect house in a very nice neighborhood. Surrounded by many activities and restaurants. And just the right distance away from all the business of downtown Orlando and Disney! We also enjoyed just staying in the home with all the games and the pool. Everything was working well and the pool was very clean and welcoming. Jose is a great host and always helpful. I’ll be back soon!

The property manager reacted pretty fast on any property issues. He even reacted great during Hurricane Milton.

This rental had everything we could have wanted and it was clean and spacious. The pool was wonderful! Jose is a great host! We hope to stay at this property again on our next visit.

Property was not like the pictures. Broken chairs around pool. Could not sit in if you over 50. Also the gutter over the porch was falling down and the grounds by pool were not well keep. Party next door several nites. Loud... The property was ok. Would not stay there again. The Manager was very nice when I told him the problems with the property

In town for a baseball tournament. House was great for two families with all the needed towels, etc. Washer/dryer were lifesavers for uniforms. Nice kitchen. Easy to book and owner easy to reach.

Had family in town. They really enjoyed the house and the pool. Perfect setting!
