The owner, an interior designer, has curated a beautiful collection of furnishings and decorative items from shells to driftwood to complement the coastal style renovation and incredible water views the property has to offer. * Need to know *
- Sleeps ten plus infants (travel cot and highchair available). We prefer a max of 8 adults and 2 children. Any groups with more than 8 adults must send a request before booking. This house is not suitable for young or party groups
- Four bedrooms, including one king, two queens and one with queen plus single bunks. You'll find the king on the ground floor alongside a large additional living area and bathroom. All other bedrooms are upstairs, stepped up and back from the main living/dining/kitchen area
- Two bathrooms, one on each level. Main bathroom features shower and separate bath. Separate WC to bathroom upstairs
- Internal laundry with washer and dryer
- Fully fenced yard
- Plenty of off street parking in large driveway, room for small boats
- Pets welcome upon request and with prior host reviews, additional $150 fee added to booking. Strict rules about pet behaviour including no pets on furniture. All mess to be cleaned by owners. Any pet dirt/damage must be paid for
