Welcome to the Jubilee Townhome, a warm and thoughtfully designed getaway located in Denver’s vibrant SoBo neighborhood—just steps from South Broadway’s best restaurants, cafés, bars, and local shops. I’ve crafted my first home with care to make sure you feel just as comfortable and welcomed here as I do.

Whether you’re exploring Denver, catching a show at Red Rocks, working remotely, or heading out on a mountain adventure, the Jubilee Townhome is the perfect home base.

Located just south of Downtown Denver, this home sits in the Baker / South Broadway corridor, one of the city’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods. Guests love the mix of historic charm, local culture, and easy access to Denver’s top attractions.

You’re minutes from South Broadway, known for its eclectic restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail bars, vintage stores, and live music venues. Popular spots like Punch Bowl Social, Maria Empanada, Baere Brewing, and Historians Ale House are all close by, making it easy to explore on foot or by quick rideshare.
