Family very Friendly. Has everything you need for toddlers. High chair, stair gate, portable crib, fence around the pool, plastic dishes and cups for the kids. We didn't go to the beach but beach toys for kids was in the laundry room along with a wagon to use. The house came with everything we needed. Perfect house and location. Will be back.

Excellent stay overall and would highly recommend. The only minor issue was the oven locking tab was stuck preventing the oven from heating but reported the issue to the property owner who responded immediately and was going to resolve. Property owner was very responsive and helpful.

This house was beautiful!! Everything was clean, well organized. The pool area was a great vibe. Most comfortable beds ever lol. I wish I had booked to stay even longer, the days went by too fast. I really do recommend this to everyone!

What a lovely home! Every single detail thought out perfectly. Spotlessly clean, perfect location and Kasey is a wonderful hostess. I loved this home and will definitely visit again soon. We stay here for an extended weekend trip and loved it. The home is as advertised with plenty of space and a great layout. The home is equipped with all the essentials you need. We grilled dinner each night and enjoyed multiple poolside meals. There is plenty of seating both by the pool and inside the home. With three bathrooms, no one ever had to wait on someone else. The greatest compliment I can give this home is this. During the last day of our stay, my 14 year old son comes up to me and says, “dad, if we are ever back in this area, I’d like to stay here again.”Lastly, communication with the homeowner is absolutely painless. Every inquiry or question was answered within minutes and usually instantly. I agree with my son, I would stay here again without looking at any other options if I am ever back in the area.

This was an amazing location. The home was perfect for our family vacation. Kids loved the pool and the home had the perfect for everyone to enjoy each other company and really spend some much need quality time. Close to anything you need beach, stores, and restaurants.

We stayed for a business trip. This is our 2nd time to this property. The house was clean and organized. We would definitley stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was in an excellent location. Close to restaurants and groceries. The place was sparkling clean, very spacious and decorated beautifully. The host was very attentive to our needs. The pool, hot tub and foosball table were a hit with our boys.

I have rented many homes in the S. Florida area and this one is the best of all of them. House was extremely clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Communication with the owner regarding a few questions was quick and very helpful. I strongly recommend this home if you are looking for a great place to stay in the Deerfield/Boca Raton area!

This house was beyond my expectations. The house is beautifully decorated but has a feeling of home. It is supplied with recreational gear for the beach or biking. The kitchen is well supplied to cook a gourmet meal if you choose. The pool, hot tub and patio were the highlight. The cleanliness of the property is also noteworthy. Host did an amazing job on this house.

My family of six stayed here in November for our annual siblings trip. The house was fabulous! The pool and hot tub were amazing also! We were close enough to restaurants and shopping and the beach was a short drive. The place was stocked with needed supplies and cookware. The hosts answered all of our questions quickly and were very easy to work qit! Highly recommend! Oh and we saw 3 iguanas that came and visited the back yard! Very cool!

The house was perfect for my wife and I and our 2 college age sons. Had a little hiccup with the hot tub, but communication with the host was great and it was fixed the same day. Would recommend anyone for this stay.

I loved everything about this home !! The master bedroom was to die for and the backyard was breathtaking, the home was clean, I would definitely be booking again. They also had everything. Literally everything from pool supplies, baby pack n plays, high chair ! Everything. This home is suitable for any trip.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is very well kept, clean and spacious. The backyard, pool and spa is a great place relaxing and very private. It is in a perfect location - walkable to the Cove restaurants and close to the beach and great restaurants. Kasey is a terrific host and very responsive. We can’t wait to return!

The house was really nice. We went to the beach everyday (5min drive) and borrowed the umbrella, chairs and towels that were provided for us. My daughters truly enjoyed the pool/hot tub. We all had a wonderful time. Thank you Kasey!

Had a fabulous time May 8th thru May 15th at this beautiful residence. Just perfect for our 4 family member and 2 year year old grandson and we loved that it had all the toddler essentials. Home was extremely well appointed, clean and tidy, comfy beds, nice linens and fluffy white towels.Pool was awesome, and we had a lovely Mothers day barbeque with our son and friend joining us for the afternoon. (he lives 15 mins away) This location suited us very well, easy walk to the Cove shops and eateries with Sullivan park on the other side of the causeway, Just 20 mins to the beach taking it slow which we did twice - the beach cart, beach chairs umbrella, and beach towels were just a great added bonus, as were the washer and dryer!. Pool deck has large covered area with casual seating and also dining, which was also a huge plus to take advantage of the shade. The host, Kasey was terrific, checking in with us and when we needed a water filter for the fridge, she ordered immediately for next day delivery. We for sure would stay again . Highly recommend.
