Large trees surrounding the property provide cool shade for the grassy St Augustinelawn. In the evenings relax around the fire pit that is ideal for roasting marshmallows. If that wasn't enough, the property also has a boat house with a swim deck for fishing and sun bathing on the lake. Bring your boat and conveniently use the boat house to keep your boat safe when not in use. (Check lake levels) The neighborhood also has a convenient private boat ramp (check lake levels), a short walk away from the property.

A large covered deck with ceiling fans, surround sound speakers, and seating for 12 provides a comfortable space for dining, grilling, relaxing, and watching the sun set.

This vacation home is fully furnished and can accommodate 12 people (8 adults, 4 kids) comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms and a laundry room. The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including all necessities for cooking. The master bedroom, which opens to the deck, has a king size bed, the second and third bedrooms have queen size beds. The futon makes into a small full size bed, there are two twin mattresses on a trundle bed and a twin bed in the loft. A queen size air mattress can be put out for larger groups. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace on cool nights as you look out the expansive walls of glass onto the lake from the living room.

An easy hour's drive from downtown Dallas and just south of Gun Barrel City, the house is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. Canton's First Monday Trade Days (Held on the weekend prior to the first Monday of every month) is only a 30 minute drive and filled with fantastic flea market finds. Plenty to do nearby and a lake view that never gets old... Come experience paradise at Cedar Creek Lake. It's hard to go home!
