Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to a lot of things. Furniture worn down and in need of replacement. Worst thing was the bugs. No matter what, they easily got into the house. Basement had sliders and spider webs everywhere.

Stayed Nov 30, 2023My husband and I stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay very much. The location was very convenient to the arboretum and several restaurants and was very quiet.

Stayed Sep 22, 2023We wish we had done a bit more research before booking as we wished we had stayed closer to the main action of Seattle. The house was clean but not to a high standard especially the laundry and the bathroom ceiling. There was a strong smell down stairs. Other than that the place was well equiped, good cooking facilities, nice area.

Stayed Sep 15, 2023The listing doesn't say that the second bedroom is in the basement. Despite decorating in white, it still smells and feels like a basement bedroom, which we disliked and didn't use. The TV only works through apps (no network available). The rest of the house is nice and in a good location.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023We enjoyed our stay here. There was a small issue with one of the rooms, but the host did their best to resolve it and ultimately we found a way to make it right. Only reason ranked it a 4/5, otherwise we thought the home was great! The location is wonderful, quiet street with easy access to the arboretum and other places in Seattle like Madison and Capitol Hill. Charming backyard with lots of shade if you go in the summer.
