We had everything we needed. The house was clean and in a good location. The property manager answered a question I had promptly. I would stay there again.

The house was very clean and well stocked. This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. The host included a lot of little amenities in the house which made the stay that much better. We will stay here again in the future. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a perfect place near Texas A&M.

Great place, we all agreed we would come again. And so close to HEB and restaurants.Close to A&M. Beds were comfy. Although we didnt cook,kitchen had everything you need. Keurig was appreciated! Safe place. No complaints, thank you!

Excellent property.

Perfect location, a/c was amazing. A couple of light bulbs were burnt out and didn’t find the bulbs until the morning we left. Would stay there forever if I could.

The property was great for my family and in-laws who travelled to college station for my sister-in-law's graduation at Texas A&M. The proximity to the universities venues, HEB and shopping centers in the area is what makes this place a great option for anyone.

We came in for Corps Final Review and it was nice to have a place to all gather and hang out with our cadet after review. Will definitely look here for future trips.

We rented the condo to visit family. The location is great, convenient location, and close to amenities. The interior needs to be refreshed.

We enjoyed our Christmas week at the property and that it was available in the same complex as our son and his family’s townhome!! Place was very well appointed. The kitchen was ready with lots of equipment. Living and bedrooms were comfortable. We look forward to staying again soon, Cheers!

Clean, easy to rent property

Several family members came down to see our Aggie perform in Songfest. This property was a great way for 7 of us to stay together and not have to find hotels, etc. Comfy, Cozy little townhome that had plenty of room for all of us.

Enjoyed the weekend here. Close to the golf course and jy daughters place. Hopefully we can get it again next year for the tour3

Great Stay. We were not in the house much but it had plenty of beds and 2 full bathrooms so it was perfect. Good location too!

This was the second time we have stayed at this location. It’s very close to HEB and just a short drive to Kyle Field. It was exactly as described in the listing. The beds were very comfortable. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is well stocked. There are lots of dishes, cookware, utensils and dish cloths. The beds were super comfortable and there are plenty of pillows, sheets, covers, and bath towels. The house was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. The Wi Fi was good, and the instructions are easy to follow. We loved the noon checkout. We would definitely stay here again. Two thumbs up!!

We were a new family to Aggieland, attending fish drill review for the Corps. Great place for our cadet to come rest, he walked in and said “this feels very homey mom, reminds me of home, thanks!” Appreciate the clean environment and comfortable beds!

The unit is on the end of the building, so it was quiet and private. Location within College Station was convenient for our purposes, and restaurants and grocery store were very close by. The space inside the unit was great for us -- 3 bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bathroom for two adult women who need their own sink counter space. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen and linens. The unit could use a deep cleaning; a small child finds everything.
