The rooms were big, the bathrooms were great, the kitchen had great counter space, and it was super clean. Very comfortable living room area. So close to all hiking. Nice patio for relaxing at the end of the day after hiking. The rental company was very responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo. We absolutely loved this property and would highly recommend it!

My family and I stayed here to explore Franconia State Park! It only was it an easy ride into town but not far from the park! Bonus there were several overlooks to the left of the development that we were able to explore! The house was clean, and exactly as pictured! It is different that they don’t have a ton of supplies there but that wasn’t a big deal since we didn’t cook lolI do wish they provided the check in information more advanced but they did come at 3pm as they advised. We would 100% book here again!

We shared this home with another couple for a ski getaway. The layout was perfect for relaxing, dining and game time after skiing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property that we rented was absolutely beautiful. The amenities in the kitchen was well stocked as we did a lot of cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed the ability to walk every day on the beautiful property and to use the pool area as well. We found this rental to be extremely quiet and well maintained. We were extremely disappointed with the condition of all three toilets as they were stained and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned although they had the paper over the covers if they had been. I have pictures of all of them as I clean two,but did not clean the one toilet that we didn’t use. When cleaning them, it did require a little bit of elbow power to get them clean, but once that was done, they were clean for the entire week. My point is if somebody tries to say it’s the water it’s not I think the owner would be extremely disappointed and the way the toilets are being maintained. We would definitely stay here again!!

Every day we went on a new adventure! Shout out to Black Mountain Burger for the BEST burger and service, an absolute must when staying in Lincoln.
