Stayed Apr 11, 2025First of all what a fun property and walking distance from EVERYTHING you want to do in WACO. The property is clean and well appointed. And the backyard with the hot tub and projector WHAT FUN!! Exit instructions sooo easy!! You are not paying a cleaning fee and then being asked to basically clean the house when you leave. The hosts are quick and attentive our needs were met immediately. Also, this house is really well laid out for a larger group too!! This is a great place in WACO, TX we loved it!!

Stayed Jan 4, 2025We loved this property! From the overall aesthetic and feel of the place to the central location near everything we visited, everything was pristine. The design of the house is so fun and inviting, you’ll want to sleep in every room! The location is near everything Magnolia and downtown and just a few minutes drive to where you want to be. The backyard setup is so fun and adds options to enjoy! Check in and communication were prompt and easy! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to come and visit again!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Had a great Thanksgiving holiday weekend at the house. Our hosts knew we were in for the holiday and had a roasting pan there so we could make a turkey with our daughter and friend. We used the outdoor theater to watch the Texas/A&M game and hot tub to relax. We stay at a lot of VRBOs and this one was a fave. We will be back for sure!!
