Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage is cute. We had 3 adults and a 30 lb service dog that didn’t move around much. There isn’t much room to move around once you are inside the cottage. The accessories are so large and fill every surface and corner in the cottage. It would have been more comfortable had it not had so much stuff allowing for more living space.

We also used the bikes to get around the community. The house was clean and perfect size for our family of 5. We enjoyed all the community eateries, market and book store. The manager was well responsive. The closed-in outdoor shower was great when returning from beach.

This property is excellent and in a perfect location to visit seaside. We visited for the fourth of July and enjoyed the beach access that comes with the rental as well as the gorgeous fireworks. The home is perfectly maintained and very close to Seaside amphitheater and shopping area. Walking is absolutely doable and likely much faster than trying to walk anywhere. This home is on the smaller side which was not a problem for us. Our party of 6, three adults and three small children, did feel tight when we were all in the house at the same time trying to eat dinner though. The refrigerator is small so if you are traveling and planning to bring or buy groceries for 6 people you will also need a cooler. You will also need to be prepared to buy ice at the store or make ice in the 2 freezer trays provided. The house is decorated so nicely, but we found that since the house is so small already that there was just TOO much coastal stuff all over the place. For such a small home, it would have been nice to be able to move around without bumping into a large faux potted orchids in the corners & utilize the available counter space vs. having to work around giant seashells & coral reef covering every surface. All these things are not things I would count against the property- just things to call out for future renters to know before you go.

We used the queen bedroom for a pantry and closet storage. It would have been too cramped if there were more guests but worked perfect for 4.

We appreciate the communication from Homeowner's Collection and the house was great. Unfortunately, we were not informed of construction going on right next door. We were greeted with a large porto potty close to our driveway, constant construction noise, and workers in eyesight of us at all times. After a call the first day they did start working later in the morning, around 8am, but it didn't help with the hammering and noise during the day. It was disappointing considering the price point of the house and area. I believe it would have been a courtesy to let us know at the time of booking and offer another one of their properties at that time. The home was stocked well and kept clean. I think we would definitely ask more questions before booking with this company again.

The cottage was wonderful. Anew phenomenon we haven’t encountered in Seaside before was the massive group of teenagers walking up and down the streets from 10pm to 1am, yelling, cussing loudly & fighting right outside our rental. Made for less enjoyable evenings and we sent an email to the Seaside Town Council. I doubt we would stay in this cottage again, until this is somehow rectified and controlled better in the future. But the cottage itself is lovely.

Great location and host communication. The cottage was on the smaller side for our family of 5 but we were mostly out and about anyway.
