Only 1 Block to the Beach - Community Pool - Featured on HGTV!

The house was beautiful, in excellent condition, and in a great location. Kelly was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to any questions I had. We had a wonderful family trip for the long Thanksgiving weekend.

Nice place to stay. Host as very responsive. Only wish we could have used the fireplace :). We did not use any of the amenities but I am sure they would have been wonderful!

Great location. Owners are excellent to work with. Only 1 complaint. No crab claw crackers… LOL I would bring extra bath towels next time. Would definitely stay here again.

Well equipped. The upper room was a nice nook for kids. We enjoyed the convenient walking distance to downtown and ice cream. The calm traffic made for low stress runs exploring the area.

The house was as advertised . Easy access to beach - very nice having beach chairs , floats and kayaks there for our use . Owners were very responsive to our needs.

Beautiful, comfortable furnished home in gated community. Pool, marina and beach was FUN. Great restaurant next to the property called OYSTER FARM! Close to town. Will rent a golf cart next time for more FUN!

The house had everything we could need. It was bright, well furnished and the porch was a delight to sit in. We took the beach chairs and headed around the corner to sit on the beach in the late afternoon--perfect!

The house was well-positioned (to beach and downtown), and well-appointed! We enjoyed being right by the bay and a short golf cart ride to downtown. The access to bicycles and kayaks was an added bonus! We’d recommend and hope to return!

Property was as advertised. Clean and ready for us upin arrival. The host was readily availqble for any questions. Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy access and good sporting equipment for use. All extras were in good shape too.

6 girlfriends who started kindergarten together 65 years ago and we still make time for girls twice a year. Loved the home and location. Would definitely recommend

Amazing house only 1.5 blocks from the beach. This house had literally everything you could need from beach chairs, floats, kids toys, to first aid kits. We will definitely be staying here again!

The house is beautiful and served our family of 7 well. Doorways and common spaces were roomy so we were easily able to maneuver a wheelchair around the house. Super close to the beach access which was very private - the whole time we stayed we only had one time where we went to the beach and one other family was there. Close to the Main Street and really great restaurants. The shower floor in the first floor bathroom was a bit slippery but other than that the house was clean, well furnished, and met all our needs!

The hosts' instructions and communication were clear, prompt, friendly, and helpful. House is beautiful, spacious and really well equipped. Great location, close to town and beaches. Was helpful that we rented a golf cart to move about town and take beach gear back and forth. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in future. The house was located in a gated community with a speed limit of 18 mph. Almost every morning began with a bike ride with plenty of bicycles in the garage. We brought our granddaughter’s bike. Our son enjoyed using the Paddle board and Kayak. We all enjoyed the floats and pool noodles, having access to 3 beaches, community pool, and Pickleball court even though I ended up not playing ?. The house is a block and a half from a small private beach where we watched the sunset almost every evening except one when it rained, but we were given a view of beautiful rainbow from the back of the house. The house was just the right size for our family and had everything we needed and then some! The owner always responded expeditiously to my questions before our booking and afterwards. During our stay, we had an issue with the bedside electrical outlets not working in one of the bedrooms which she quickly had repaired and around our schedule. We loved the town of Cape Charles! Our first time there. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Parking was free and always available near the public beach and the town. It is a golf cart community which we love! We reserved one as soon as we booked our house; the owner provided the businesses and contact information. Highly recommend you rent one! We hope to return again!

The owners were extremely easy to work with and answered all my questions very promptly! The kitchen is well-stocked. The furniture is beach basic, but very functional. The upstairs carpeting could use a cleaning, but overall, it was a nice property and a good location!
