Main living room is large with two comfortable sofas. Screened porches on both front and back of house. Separate laundry room in back of kitchen. Kitchen is mid-sized with large subzero refrigerator.

It really has everything we want - big open living room, stocked kitchen & coffee setup, screened in porch and comfortable king bed. Perfect for a couple, and the second bedroom makes it a great option for kids or even another couple. Short walk to town and to the beach. Doesn’t get much better!

We stayed here with our 4 month old son on our first family vacation and it was the perfect spot! We wanted to have a short walk to the beach and restaurants/shops and this was tucked away right behind the main circle. The house was in perfect condition when we arrived and the check-in/out instructions were easy to follow. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great beach stay!

Steps to the center of town and our favorites...Modica Market and Sun Dog Books.The cottage was well appointed with everything we needed. We’ve been guests at Seaside many times and I think this was the best landscaping we’ve seen. And,two screened in porches! As,you can tell,we loved it . We’ll be back! Suzanne and Mike... They got to a point that they did not know us from Adam after we had spent over 100 k with them. Priperties were getting outdated. They were just order takers. Homeowners Collection has given them competition and taken over better properties. You have been proactive with us and this survey is an example. You should always train your people to understand how powerful it is when your clients go home and tell all their family and friends of their experience with your company.
