Casa Bella Vida is located in the exclusive community of Palmilla, home of the One&Only Palmilla Hotel. This One Story home with 5 Bedroom 6 bathrooms has a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. The view is stunning!

As a guest, you have full member access to The Club at Palmilla Dunes which includes a huge fitness center, kids pool with lots of kids toys, an adult pool, pool side restaurant, pool and ping pong table, sauna, tennis and pickle ball courts, yoga, pilates, Manoma Massage access, and other many other amenities.
(Note: only 6 rental guests are allowed at same time. Additional guests will be allowed based on occupancy and for additional fee.)

The community of Caleta Loma at Palmilla has a staff of security guards with 24 hour security access. It is walking distance to the One&Only Palmilla Hotel, Palmilla Golf and Tennis, Cabo Surf Hotel, Playa Palmilla Beach, The Shoppes at Palmilla and The Club at Palmilla Dunes.

The Club at Palmilla Dunes has Manoma Spa for massages and restaurants Zenna, Il Splendido, and Chez Blu.

The Shoppes at Palmilla has a luxury grocery store, various clothing and specialty stores, and restaurants Cream, BluFish, NicSans, Chen's and Clas Azure.

The Shoppes at Palmilla also hosts a farmers market every Friday from 9-1 during the season. You will find fresh veggies, clothing, baked goods and lots of local artisans.

The One&Only Palmilla Hotel has a luxurious Spa and is host to three fine dining restaurants Agua, Seared and Suvichi.

The Cabo Surf Hotel is host to another Spa and the restaurant 7 Sea's. The restaurant is one of just a few beach front restaurants in San Jose del Cabo and is walking distance from the Casa Bella Vida.

Cabo Surf Hotel is a surfing hotel, offering surf lessons and other water sports. This location has some of the best surfing in Baja Sur. To access 7Seas via the security gate in the neighborhood, just ask the security guard for the key code.

Playa Pamilla Beach is a lovely, swimmable beach area that is quiet and very family friendly. Enjoy a day at the beach swimming, hosting a picnic or just a peaceful day at the beach.

During the day you can take the house paddle boards to the beach and enjoy the morning and afternoon. Or go down in late afternoon to watch the pelicans fly and dive into the water. During the season, you can also watch the whales coming and going into the Sea of Cortez.

All of this is just minutes from Casa Bella Vida.

House Description: The house is all located on just one-level with all the bedrooms located off the main family area that includes the Kitchen, Living Room and Dining room and access to the front and back patio's giving you a wide open space to entertain and enjoy the day or evening.

If it's breezy outside, open all the sliding doors throughout the house to enjoy the fresh feel of the ocean breeze throughout the house.

    Beautiful house and beautiful views. Not the owners or hosts fault, but several houses under construction near this home so don’t be surprised to hear those noises.

    Although the house is nice and located in a lovely community our stay was not relaxing. The next door property was constantly doing construction. Other neighbors as well but literally the next door neighbor was using hammers, saws, and extremely loud drilling or nail guns. Trying to relax with all the noise was nearly impossible. All our family videos had construction noise in the background. In addition to the ongoing construction noise there were two days we were unable to use the jacuzzi in the evenings as it was not warming up. Laura the concierge assistant came with a technician on two occasions to try to fix it, they’d turned it on for us and said it would warm up which it did not. The technicians finally got it to work on the third day. The AC in the smaller master was not cooling for a couple days, we were unable to sleep there as it was too hot. When I reached out to the host about the construction noise she said it was out of her control. I understand, however I do think she should have mentioned the ongoing construction on the listing description. If we had known there was construction next door and across the street from the property we would not have stayed there. Laura (Águeda’s assistant) was lovely and very apologetic for the issues we encountered, the host Águeda was not. I’ve stayed at many rentals throughout the years, I have never had a negative experience until now.

    The home was in a perfect, very safe location in Palmilla. Close to Palmilla Beach, a golf cart ride away from a great coffee shop and clubhouse with a gym. The house included all of the amenities you could want and provided no reason to want to leave. We spent a lot of time catching up in the infinity pool and around the tables over meals. Our host, Agueda, was attentive before and throughout our stay to arrange the golf cart, a dinner in the home, and with transportation. We made lots of memories here in our six days and hope to be back soon.

    Well maintained property overlooking the Sea of Cortez near the One & Only Palmilla area. Beautiful infinity pool and hot tub with a fire pit and large bedrooms. Property managers, Agueda and Laura, took good care of us and found us a great chef, David, who made delicious breakfasts and dinners for the entire family. We had a great week there.

    The villa was as described and even exceeded our expectations! Not only the spectacular ocean view but each bedroom is special and comfortable. Their are ample shared spaces from kitchen, living and outdoor areas which gave all of our family members places to gather and enjoy the villa even more. The Palmilla area was wonderful for daily walks. We even got to watch the Ironman event on the beach! The communication from our concierge was excellent responding immediately to our questions and requests. A big thank you for a wonderful stay!

    Amazing property, huge rooms and beautiful bathrooms. Well stocked with anything we needed, staff accommodating. Only Issue was that no one told us we would need to pay in cash for all the arrangements (transports, golf cart rental at house, etc.) and the nearest ATM charges 12% + a steep flat fee. Would have brought a lot of cash if we had been told. Would rent again.
