ONE-STORY FAMILY OASIS AND SPA - SMALL PET OK

Nice location for a base to check out all the local attractions. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool table very much. We like to cook our own meals and the fully equipped kitchen worked very well for us. We only used the bed in the master bedroom but we found it very comfortable, overall we would recommend this property to anyone travelling to the Las Vegas area

Kendall was accommodating, providing detailed instructions for entry, exit and everything in use. She kept in touch every step our trip and I appreciated it. Looking forward to further visits

We arrived, got our key code, and walked into the most relaxing vacation spot yet. Quiet neighborhood. Immaculate home. Had all the immenities, even a hair dryer and curling iron in the en suite bathroom! The walk in closet was big enough to put another bed in there...we didnt need it, but it could have fit. The hot tub was hot when we got there (a request you need to make prior to your arrival) and backyard lighting was warm and inviting. There were extra linens, towels, pillows and blankets. The decor was beautiful. The hand painted wall in the dining room was fun and detailed. Will ABSOLUTELY stay here again the next time we come to visit!

The hot tub was very clean and held its temperature well in cold weather. Everything was nicely labeled around the house so there was no guessing what switches went to what. The house was very nicely stocked with supplies, linens and appliances. We had a wonderful time and this house was the perfect hub to relax and refresh after long days of hiking.

Great alternative to visitors to Vegas who don’t want to stay on or near the Strip. The house was well appointed with everything you need for a nice stay. The owners left ample instructions/rules for use of all the amenities in the home. The hot tub is a nice addition to the home! The home was very clean and well maintained. Pics are accurate. If I had to leave one possible negative it would be the water pressure in the guest bathroom only (there is definitely an issue as the tub pressure is fine, but once you turn on the shower it is non-existent). Certainly not a big enough issue to take away from our 5 star rating. Overall, the place was excellent for us!

Very clean and welcoming property, plenty room for people to spread out and do their own thing. Communication with owner was excellent, questions were answered in a timely manner. Will definitely stay there again next time in Vegas.

This VRBO was nicely decorated, with easyv instructions. The neighbors dog was a bit distracting, but other that we recommend using this host.

We came to stay and play softball for the weekend. This house was perfect location for us to get to the different locations we needed to get to. It was nice quiet area with convenient stores for shopping within driving distance. The house was perfect for privacy to relax and gather. It was very clean and the property managers were great to work with.

What an awesome house!! It was about 25 minutes from the strip - although there were other casinos close. The neighborhood was really quiet. We were able to use the garage - a very nice plus! The house was super clean, comfortable, and very homey. Beds were nice and there was even a nice gift basket left for us! There was a grocery store located about 2 minutes away and restaurants aplenty. Do not hesitate to stay - it was a great place!!

The pictures do not do this house justice. 10/10 would recommend! It’s away from the hustle and bustle in a cozy neighborhood that made for perfect relaxing nights! We will be staying here again on our upcoming trip the beginning of 2025.

We thoughoughly enjoyed our stay. We cooked most nights and the kitchen offered us everything we needed. It was fun to have the pool table. The bedrooms were comfortable. The location was perfect for us.

This is a beautiful home inside and out! It's close to everything you will need for all family members and a short drive to the main Strip. Thank you for all the wonderful special touches you have provided to make it feel like home, and we definitely did!
