One of the Best Large Beachfront Villas&Pool, Jacuzzi & Tennis, Ping-pong, Sauna

A great stay at Agnas property. Everything was as website described,great communication from owner,easily reached if there was a problem. The only negative was the lack of utensils,crockery etc for the upstairs accommodation,there wasn't any! A few nice local bars and restaurants for eating in and the supermarket within 10 minute walk.

Villa was to our expectations and beyond! Our host Agna was absolutely fantastic, welcoming, genuinely friendly, supportive with any issues we raised and had excellent communication. Location of the villa was perfect for a clean safe beach with sunset views and a great restaurant and bar. There’s local amenities and supermarket just a few minutes walk from the villa and a regular bus runs into Denia centre which is relatively cheap (1.6 each way) Everything you need for a trouble free holiday, we wouldn’t hesitate to book and stay again. Hi,This property is in a brilliant location, is great for families & caters for all ages! The nearest beach is quiet but nice & only a 5-10 minute walk away. There is a small convenience store 2 mins walk, bigger supermarket 10-15 mins walk, big modern pharmacy 10 mins away & Doctors 20mins walk away. There is also a good local funfair nearby (halfway on the bus to Denia) which opens at 8pm.The villa itself is fantastic, clean tidy & doesn’t want for anything. The host also provides pool & beach towels. The host Agna helped arrange taxi at short notice for us to the local go kart track (Oliva karts) which is nearby & a fantastic experience. The karts there cater from ages of 10 up to adults with a junior track & large track for teenagers/adults along with 3 kart speed options. The bus to Denia marina (bus stop opposite the pharmacy) is very cheap & runs regularly every 20 mins. The bus only takes 10-15 mins & takes you direct to the port area close to the shops, restaurants & marina. During our stay we had an issue with one air con unit, we messaged Agna, she arranged for her husband to come out within an hour & he fixed it right away. Denia itself is lovely, has reasonable prices for food & shopping. It was our first time visiting Denia, there was 7 adults 5 children ranging from 3years to 15 years staying at this villa & we will be back again in the future! Thank you Agna for being such a brilliant host from start to finish.

Agna was a great host and responded quickly to any messages and provided lots of information about the villa and the surrounding area. Overall we had a great week. The ground floor apartment is fully equipped however the first floor apartment isn’t. There is a kettle and a coffee machine but no cups cutlery etc. the built in coffee machine did not work. The fridge is very cold and froze anything we put in it so we couldn’t really have the first drink of the day upstairs. Not a massive issue but inconvenient.The dishwasher didn’t work on arrival but Agna quickly got her husband around to fix this, it could probably do with a good clean as the dishes didn’t always clean properly.Agnas husband also fixed an issue with one of the shower doors.The electric tripped out a few times but again Agna helped us to fix this.The Villa could be amazing but needs a few things fixing and some general maintenance to make it great. The jacuzzi cover needs fixing and not all the jets worked. Only half the bbq plate worked. The bathroom door in one of the bedrooms upstairs doesn’t stay shut. We had lots of fun in the pool!Taxis are very difficult to come by but the bus service is good, bus stop is a 5 minute walk and they run every 20-30 mins to Denia which has lots of shops bars and restaurants. There are a couple of bars and restaurants close to the villa and a small supermarket. Larger supermarket is a 10 min walk.We would definitely return if all the issues were fixed

Beautiful villa with everything you need for a great holiday! The tennis court proved particularly popular, the pool was great and didn’t require any heating, lots of room and the living areas are all finished to a high standard. A bit further from the port and old town than we’d usually stay so I would say a hire car is a must as the taxis in Denia are useless and cant be booked in advance. All in all a wonderful villa, great value and highly recommended!

I can recommend this house and it’s facilities, the owner is super helpful with all kind of stuff, the house is close to the beach and okay restaurants.We would stay there again some day.

We have just returned from 10 days at this villa. We were fortunate that the weather was perfect - even in April. We were a family group with an age range of 6- 83. The facilities are excellent. Tennis court, basketball, swimming pool and hot tub kept the whole family amused throughout. The pool is not heated, too cold for the adults but the children took full advantage and swam every day. Plenty of sun loungers for the adults. The villa is very well equipped and had everything we needed. It was clean and well prepared for our stay. The BBQ , outdoor bar and eating area are a great addition . The beach is approx 5 minute walk with easy flat access. A good supermarket is about a 10 minute walk, there's a great trolly in the garage which we used for both shopping and beach visits. Denia is a small, interesting town - 10 taxi. Agna , the host, has left a comprehensive list of local amenities and restaurants . She is easy to contact and responded quickly to any queries we had. We all had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this villa without hesitation.

There were eight of us staying here and it didn’t feel crowded at all. Everything in the property is as in the photos. The tennis court was even better than expected. There was something to do for the “kids” they play tennis they played football they played volleyball, went in the hot tub, etc. I would highly recommend staying here.

As an extended family of grandparents, parents and children (8 people) we had a great week at the Villa. The villa had amenities that kept all ages entertained. We particularly enjoyed the social aspect of the outdoor kitchen. The accomodation description is accurate. Agna our host was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. It was easy to contact her if required. We used the local buses to visit the centre of Denia, which was easy with the bus stop close to the villa. The swimming pool is a good size and provided hours of fun for our family, there were many inflatables available along with other sporting equipment for tennis, football, table tennis etc. The outside area of the villa is spacious, level and laid out really well. The details for the villa mention 105kw electricity is included in the price, in our case we used an additional 411kw over the 7 days. Worth noting that when we were there it was extremely hot and we used the air conditioning in 3 bedrooms at night, which was very effective. We had an amazing holiday and would recommend to families.

An amazing villa for our extended family holiday. Everything you need for the 2 year olds up to the grandparents. The large well equipped kitchen downstairs was perfect for preparing the evening meals and the covered outside dining area was great for eating and after dinner games and chat. The BBQ area was also fun for some meals The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned and the pool and tennis area were enjoyed by all. Lovely chill area in the shade, hot tub and sauna. Agna is an excellent and responsive host and I would highly recommend staying here.
