Stayed Jun 28, 2025More than enough room for our family of 12! Did not enjoy waiting on the linen service company or putting sheets on all the beds including bunk beds..we got in after a 4 hour drive and thats the last thing we wanted to do! Good location..very close to the waterpark! The owner was quick to respond and overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025The location in north OC is great for families and away from the big crowds but plenty of other things to see. The space worked great for us and our large group. However there were ants throughout the house, but could work around it.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024The space in this house was perfect for our family. We had 7 adults and 5 children 6 and under. Everything was very clean when we arrived with a welcome notebook with clear instructions for our stay. Ashleigh was very easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Stayed Jul 26, 2024The property exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect! Fourteen of us of varying ages came and went over a long-weekend visit. The items we were able to use in the garage were a huge help! Cooking at the house saved money so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. I biked through the beautiful neighborhood on a bike for our use. It was a very relaxed and enjoyable time! If we ever come back to the area and the property is available we will be back.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024This was easily the nicest rental I have ever stayed at! The property was big enough for our group of 11 people and checking in and out was seamless. We especially liked the proximity to the beach, which was an easy walk made even easier with the availability of wagons and carts provided by Ashleigh. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing and accommodating time in OC! Thank you Ashleigh!!!
