One of a Kind Large MCM Home! Huge 400+yr Oaks 20 min to Pensacola Beach

Everything about this experience was wonderful. My father turned 100 and some family members came to Pensacola to see him. Me and my daughter stayed the house along with one of my brothers. We enjoyed the house and the location. We are hoping to have a family reunion soon and will look into its availability thank you

Clean, great layout, plenty of space, comfortable beds!! We had nice linens and the kitchen was well stocked. It was such a relaxing and comfortable space. We would love to come back when we can enjoy the beautiful deck and yard.

We had a great stay! This is a beautiful house that was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with plenty of space to relax. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around while still feeling peaceful and private. We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free getaway.

This is a beautiful home, I love that every bedroom has their own bathroom. All the upstairs bedroom has a lot of space. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and Pensacola beach. I would caution that if you have toddlers there is an abundance of glass wear.

I rented the house to accommodate wedding guests, 3 couples and 1 single. The house was perfect, location was ideal, and the hostess responded quickly when a maintenance issue was encountered with a door hinge. Guests said the house was beautiful and easily accommodated them all.

Second time staying here and if it is available next year we will stay again! Very accommodating for our group! Thank You!

AMONG THE TREESJust like living in a treehouse. So many beautiful live oaks and other foliage. Had coffee and tea every morning on the deck listening to the birds chatter. This place is for those who love nature. WE DO!!!

This house was perfect for our family of seven adults. Ample space!The home itself is beautiful, and it’s obvious the owners put a lot of care into both the décor and the renovations. Of the 4 full bathrooms, 3 had been fully renovated—one with a sleek, modern style, and two with tropic, fun designs. The fourth bathroom was perfectly functional, just without the same “wow” factor as the others.Every bed was firm and comfortable, and we all slept wonderfully. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals on the stove (we didn’t try the oven). There were both Keurig and traditional coffee makers, a user-friendly dishwasher, and a spacious fridge and freezer that were nice and cold.The garage was stocked with plenty of beach gear, including chairs, floaties, and toys. There were beach towels we could borrow, wash, and return too. Honestly, the house had everything we could have asked for.And—most importantly for Florida in August—the A/C was fantastic! With two separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs, we could keep every space perfectly comfortable.The only word of caution is for guests with toddlers or elderly travelers who have trouble with stairs. There are some delicate items in curio cabinets, a few at toddler height (perhaps the owners could remove them on request). The staircase to the 2nd floor is steep. While there's a main-level bedroom with a queen bed, anyone wanting one of the upstairs rooms will need to manage stairs.

One word sums this place up; MAGICAL. Very spacious for large groups, peaceful, and so beautiful and relaxing. From colorful azalea bushes and huge shade trees to spacious decks/balconies and tables for large groups. Chess and board games are supplied for some family fun. And parks nearby to take the littles to play!! Nearby stores for quick trips to the grocery store, as well as a mall nearby. This house feels centralized to many of the places one would want to visit. Tons of restaurants and beaches to explore. The options are endless. The host/hostess were prompt when responding to messages from me. Friendly, kind and helpful. Beds are super comfy, and the hot water and water pressure were outstanding. We absolutely loved our stay here for the week and hope to stay again this summer.

The location was perfect. It was close to the airport and close to the wedding we were attending. The house was beautifully appointed, was large and well equipped! We had a wonderful stay and thank you for sharing your property with us!

It was a big place, plenty of room and luxurious. The kitchen was well equipped, which was important for me, since I cooked the family meals. Plenty of seating for family and other guests. Great views of the bay, and nice old oaks on the property. Very nice neighborhood.

This large VRBO was perfect for our family! Plenty of comfortable beds, huge living room, beautiful dining table, and plenty of outdoor patio space! Just what our family needed.

a quiet area, with Bay views from the front and back yards. Convenient to move about the Pensacola area. Nicely furnished and the host, Shanna, always responded promptly for all requests. We will definitely stay here again.

Communication with Shanna was wonderful. What a kind and considerate person! The house was perfect for our large family. 4 bedrooms/4 baths were a huge bonus. Bedrooms were quiet. Living room was large enough for all to sit comfortably. We had meals outside on the 2 decks. Tables outside can comfortably seat 18 total. Shanna made sure we had enough propane to grill on the nice BBQ. Relaxing to sit outside in such a green, beautiful and quiet backyard. Also enjoyed the front yard swing with a pretty, though distant water view. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Nice to be able to pull into the garage to park. Beautiful (and high-end) neighborhood was great for walks in the mornings. We'd definitely stay here again - just hope it's available.

Perfect for our group, we had 8 people staying. Plenty of room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the back porch as our gathering area at night. Enjoyed a swing on the newly installed bench swing outside. We will book again if available.

This house I beyond beautiful and beds are really comfortable!!!! My family of 11 had more than enough space for everyone !!!!
