One of a kind, fully renovated Sea Pines home with community pool access.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was absolutely perfect. It was so clean, beautiful inside and out. Very easy access to the beach which we rode our bikes to only a 10 minute bike ride. and the dogs had such a great time going for walks on the beautiful bike path to the beach. The house was fully stocked with everything we could ever ask for. It was the perfect size for my family and our pups. We will absolutely come back and stay in this exact house next year!!!

The place was in good repair and well kept, we enjoyed the Sea Pines area, and when we did have a couple of issues with the property (a low branch in the driveway and the AC quit working) repairs were done quickly and conveniently. Good communication from the management company throughout.

It was very nice house in a great location. The only complaint that I have is a realtor showed up that wanted to see the house. Apparently the house is for sale.

This was our 4th time renting in this neighborhood and 2nd time in this exact house. We biked everywhere in Sea Pines (beach, tennis, Harbour Town) and the included equipment rental was seamless. We love the layout of this house for our family of 4.

We had a fantastic week-long stay! The entire house is beautifully renovated and located in a family friendly community. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen (thank you for providing quality pots and pans!), comfy beds, and the community pool and play area. The only issue we had was with a severely clogged shower drain, but the property management company was very responsive and addressed it immediately. We highly recommend this house!

We had family come visit and the permit department came by twice and told us we couldn’t park anywhere on the street. We had 2 large trucks and they barely fit in the driveway with its T setup.

I just thought the property was closer to the beach. Nonetheless, we had a really great time renting at this property. The lay out is wonderful, plenty of trails to wak, and close to shops, and other locations needed on vacation.
