One month minimum - Chic Contemporary House with Salt Water Pool/Spa

A comfortable home with a fabulous backyard perspective. The fire pit was appreciated on the cooler evenings. The king bed was extremely comfortable and Denise was very responsive.

We enjoyed our time here in La Quinta! Always a joy to be near town…and so close to the bear creek trail…and all the cove has to offer with several hiking paths. This house is very nice…all remodeled with open living area, great windows for light, two roomy bedrooms and baths. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Then there’s the backyard…like being in a resort! Fire pit, Sitting area with lounge chairs, eating area and pool. So many beautiful flowers, and a mountain in full view. Owner was delight to work with, always available and responsive. Definitely the place to stay. Thanks Denice for everything.

Denise made us feel so comfortable with any questions and was very responsive. We loved the accessibility to the hiking trails plus the homes outdoor amenities provided wonderful rewards of the pool, fire pit, grill, dining and lounging. The gourmet kitchen provides everything needed and we felt at home immediately.

We loved our stay here. The house had everything we needed and was large enough for two families to share. Super fast, reliable internet supported adults working remotely and kids attending school remotely (at the same time). Everyone loved the pool and the mountain views. Would absolutely stay here again.

The house was great, so clean and comfortable and stocked with everything you need. We spent tons of time in the yard, loved the Mountain View and the pool. And the walking trails right nearby are perfect.

Recently stayed here with my family. It was our first getaway during COVID. House was immaculate, host was responsive and the backyard is an amazing oasis. We couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more!

Denise was a perfect host! She was communicative and helpful with a few questions we had prior to arrival. The house is beautiful, spacious and fully equipped with everything you need to cook and bbq. The pool was heated and sitting around the fire pit was a relaxing way to unwind at the end of day. This is a must return for me next time I am in the desert. I highly recommend this property!

This property was such a pleasure. It’s magical and every detail is intuitive and well thought out. The view is spectacular and the kitchen is stocked and easy to navigate. I want to live there! I highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again.

This home is impecable everything you need and lots more. Denise was an attentive and gracious host. This house is beautiful up against a beautiful mountain with great views of birds and other natural life. We went for walks just down the street there is a walk/bike path that feels like you are in the middle of a peaceful oasis dessert. We plan to make this a yearly destination and have already reserved our spot for next year. I can't say enough good things about this place. The best vacation at the best location in an incredibly beautiful home surrounded by the ideal dessert landscape.
