~One Mile from the Kenai River, Must See Retro Remodel, Modular Home~

Excellent stay! The only place in Alaska we had 2 king bed and 2 bathrooms! The kitchen was really well equipped as well. We got rained out bad one day and spent all day at the house and it was very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

The property owners did a nice job trying to dress this up double-wide to make it a really nice place to stay however the pictures online look better than the reality. Unfortunately the entire home had a terrible odor, my husband and brother-in-law said it smelled like wet dog and I smelled a mustiness as well. We purchased a can of Lysol to get us through the night and kept the windows open. I will attach pictures to show the bathroom fan and the air intake for the heating system which desperately need to be cleaned. The location left a little to be desired. While close to shopping and the Kenai River the property next door looked a little sketchy which made me feel uncomfortable. If a bunch of men are looking for a great location close to the amazing fishing in the Kenai River, this may be ok. I wouldn’t recommend to a family with women and children.

Great location in downtown Soldotna with convenient access to everything. This place was so comfortable that we only wish we could stay a lot longer. Communication with the host was timely and very helpful. This will definitely be on the list when we travel to Soldotna again

The house fit us perfectly. Clean, well appointed with all sorts of household and pantry materials, Only regret is that the tv does not have regular channels. We wanted to watch the Little League at Williamsport and the news about the presidential race. The fact that we were only 5 minutes from the put in point for fishing was big plus

The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. We were busy while we were here. So we didn’t spend much time here. The house has everything you need. This place is close to everything. But not really the location to have a fire.

We had a wonderful time at the property. The house is in a central location, and feels very homey. It is decorated beautifully and has many little amenities available to use if needed. We were in town for the weekend and were impressed with the property. It was very cute she they had all the baby items we needed on site so we didn't have to bring as much big furniture.

We loved this house in Soldotna - it was really comfortable for our family of five. We were able to spread out, cook and eat dinner at the table, grill and sit around reading on the couch. Kitchen was spacious and well-stocked and bedrooms were great. We didn't love the neighborhood, there's basically a junk yard next door and not a super nice place to walk around, but it was fine for our purposes - we didn't walk around too much, and the house itself was very comfortable, clean and convenient.
