Stayed Dec 17, 2025We had a lovely time at the Inn! Erin was a gracious host who answered all my questions. The house is beautiful and historical, with unique architecture and a cozy vibe. We visited at Christmas and my baby niece LOVED the Christmas tree! Will definitely book again if I travel to Waco.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025Great location and super easy check in. Loved that there was gated parking and keyless entry. Comfortable beds and great character to the house. Close to everything, never spent more than 15 min in the car driving to places. Our Baylor student found the house easily and said it was only an 8min drive. Slight road noise at night but nothing that would keep us from staying here again. The kitchen had everything we needed. (Pots, pans, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc) The house had a great layout, witg multiple sitting areas inside and out as well as spacious bedrooms.

Stayed Jan 17, 2025Perfect spot to join my older daughter and sister-in-law to be there for my middle daughter’s sorority bid day. Also brought our little dog who loved the spacious backyard and walks to dog friendly Pinewood for morning coffee. He also really enjoyed watching the world go by through the beautiful glass front door. I love historic homes and this one is a beauty! We also really enjoyed the gas fireplace on the cold weekend.

Stayed Mar 3, 2023We stayed in this beautiful home to celebrate my 50th birthday, and I'm glad we chose this home. It's so close to the Downtown area and centrally located to everything there is to do in Waco. We will definitely stay here again on our return trip to Waco as there is so much to do in Waco than one weekend can handle.
