Cape Cod is an arm-shaped peninsula located on the Easternmost portion of Massachusetts. The national Seashore stretches over 43,500 acres of dunes, ponds, woods and almost 40 miles of Atlantic shoreline. It is a well-traveled tourist and vacation area, natural attractions, historic sites, art galleries and many four star restaurants. The area is also very popular among antique enthusiasts and people who enjoy summer and off season activity . Many opportunities exist here for golf, bike trails, fishing and other outdoor activities. The town of Provincetown, at the very tip of the peninsula, is the site of the first landing of the Pilgrims. A must see, known for fine dinning and shopping on or off season.

This was a fantastic place - immaculately kept with a great floorplan. Everything was perfect. Conveniently located but isolated from traffic, it was the perfect spot to kick back after a busy day’s adventures. We had a lot of fun in the game area and spent a much time in front of the fireplace. Just a gem of a property! Thanks to the owners for being such gracious hosts and for sharing their special home with us.

We love this part of Mashpee. It’s great for walks, beach days, biking, kayaking and boating. It’s also a short bike ride from Popponesset’s restaurant, bike rental shop, ice cream and more, and a short car ride from Mashpee commons. We had some beautiful days to take care of it all, it also some not so nice days we spent playing pool and ping pong in the basement. The house was perfect for our group, the patio with its gas grill and fire pit was a plus. Perfect score for our host and their house!

Had an AMAZING time during our first visit to Cape Cod. The home was beautiful, clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Very open communication with Marc & Tara. They were phenomenal and their home is a true gem. Went shopping at nearby Mashpee Commons on multiple days. Great restaurants nearby, and even had a dream trip, Whale Watching in Hyannis. As a person with very high expectations, this home totally met my expectations and I highly recommend staying in this wonderful home.

Everything was perfect for our stay. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The location was ideal, away from traffic and walking distance to the beach. The house had more than enough room for the kids and a nice peaceful yard. We were able to relax and have an amazing vacation.

Absolutely gorgeous property - if I could, I would give 10 stars for cleanliness and design/layout!!! I was a bit worried staying in a smaller property with seven of us, bit we had just enough space to keep together and then spend time on our own when in the house. Gorgeous, manicured backyard, awesome tabletennis table in the basement and fire pit for marshmallows... Superb kitchen with new appliances and every gadget you could possibly need while on vacation... And of course really awesome location (near beach and the commons). Overall great vacation home!!! Thank you Tara and Marc!!!
