Great floor plan. Nice to have upper bunks for the kids. Awesome deck with rocking chairs. Nice pool and hot tub. Loved having a big kitchen island with two refrigerators. Enjoyed our stay.

Our second stay at One Happy Place, enjoyed both stays. Had a few minor issues, but Ellliot BR had repair crews out on the Memorial Day holiday to take care of them. All in all a great place for a large group to stay.

Dirty house and poor management. You shouldn’t have to clean a house prior to being able to stay in it with your family. Locals call Elliott Rental Company Slumlords. They are made aware of issues by contractors and refuse to fix multiple issues that they have been aware of for months. Multiple appliances and pool broken. Would not rent with Elliott again. Definitely not clean or sanitized properly especially during a pandemic.

Several issues with uncleanliness in the house. We believe it was strictly an issue with the housekeeping agency. We notified Elliot Realty and they offered to send some to re-clean the dirty areas. We also had some minor maintenance issues that were correctly early the next day since we checked in later in the evening. Overall, we loved the location and definitely the amount of room that the house has. We would love to stay again next year.

Our family of 10 enjoyed our week at this oceanfront house sitting on the deck taking in the view and delightful ocean breezes. Appreciated that we had private bathrooms for the bedrooms we occupied. The elevator was nice for those of our group who had difficulty with the steps. The Blu-ray player in the main living room was missing the connecting cord so we schlepped to the media room on the top floor to watch the movies we had brought with us (the elevator does not go to the top floor). We got the wifi working after we realized the internet name we were given was similar, but incorrect. The customer service rep at Elliott seemed disinterested by this fact when I called to give them a heads-up. Even through the minor problems, we enjoyed our week together and can recommend this home to others.

The house was clean and comfortable. There was a mix up on the number of sheets. Other houses we have rented the beds were made when we arrived which is what I expected. With a house that big and with as many beds and charging extra for linens, I think it was tacking to give us a sack of linen. We had ants on the bunk beds. Which you took care of with spraying but did upset those sleeping there. In all it was a good house for a large family. It would have been nice to know about rule of no tents on beach.
