One Breckenridge Place Bear Trail Townhome: Stroll to Main St, Slopes

Location was perfect. House was clean and well kept with ample space.

Management company was fine but this condo is super tired.Tv in master did not work at all.Living room furniture uncomfortable even for just 4 people.Plumbing problemsFireplace problemsLighting problems Scraped walls Dining room table wobblyThe list too long.I will say tge master matress was very comfy and the microwave pretty new.Ive stayed in alot of strs abd own one.This one was very very low on the list.Sorry to the mamagement company for the 2 star. They do a fine job. The owners are at fault.All STRs need updating or go cheap.The more you let your rental dilapadate the more the guest dont care how they treat it and becomes low standard.

Fireplace stopped working mid week. No human custimer service contact only AI. Place was not serviced every day or 2 like advertised.

We came with our family of 6 all adults. The location cannot be beat! We walked everywhere! The place was comfortable for our needs. The Keurig coffee pot was not working no matter what we tried. Overall it was a nice place!

We stayed here with family for our son’s wedding. The location was perfect. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had a little issue with the garage door but it was resolved quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

The property has potential for a great stay but that was it, it was very disappointing and we would not recommend it. There is much nicer places in the area for similar costs. The condition of the property was of a very low standard. Loads of issues during the stay and although the management company showed as if being proactive, barely anything was resolved (they only fixed the toilet, probably would have been extreme not to fix a toilet). When we arrived, toilet in Master was broken, dishwasher was broken, one of the dinning chairs was broken, hot tub not working properly, etc. One of the arm chairs has been removed so only seating for 4 people (we were a party of 5). Kitchen is very warn out, utensils of low quality etc. As importantly, one of the bed covers had a horrible dirty white stain and bathroom matts looked as they had not been changed, so we spend the first evening doing laundry. And lastly and as important if you have small children, there is no locking mechanism to lock the connecting door with the garage, which did not feel safe with small children downstairs. We rented this property as our family rented next door and the pictures and reviews looked great but were incredibly disappointed (could not be compared to next door house and the price was also higher), Summarising, we would not recommend this house at all, specially if you are travelling with small children and you are a party bigger than 4.

Place was great. Short walk to downtown and Peak 9 lift area. Hot tub on deck was perfect after long day on the slopes. Recommended!

We were truly blown away by this beautiful townhouse. Just a fact every room had its own bathroom made it very comfortable to stay in but beyond that it was a beautiful big living room with a great balcony. The hot tub was amazing and ready for us to use at any moment. We really enjoyed it. No matter what we needed. They were available to talk to and would be there at any moment if we needed them we will definitely be staying in this unit over and over again in the future.

We’ve stayed in this complex before and were so excited when we saw this one available to rent for the weekend. This property has it all, ton of space, bathrooms for everyone, close to Main Street (we didn’t drive anywhere once), and a hot tub on the patio (which is hard to find in Breck). Beautiful views and space. Customer service was also amazing. Other experiences we’ve had with Airbnb or VRBO it’s sometimes impossible to get a hold of the host and get help. I was able to just text summit rentals and got a reply in literally minutes. They were awesome and made our stay that much better! Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location and 2nd time we’ve rented in the fall
