One bedroom and private bath with separate entrance and small private patio with keyed locked gate. Door lock has a security code. There is WIFI, 60-inch smart TV, Amazon fire stick and a computer desk in the bedroom. No loud noise allowed. No illegal drug use or smoking on the premises. Smoking and pet violation, $500, and immediate eviction with no refund.

Stayed Sep 23, 2024After 3 days driving from Ohio, we enjoyed the space and were comfortable for our stay. Very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed not having to eat out all the time!! Loved the patio space and the quiet neighborhood.
