On Tide Time by Holiday Beach Rentals, is a lovely beachfront home featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and a half bathroom. This home is located on the quiet West End of Panama City Beach, this beachfront home features upscale furnishings and finishes, private beachfront pool, beach boardwalk, fully equipped kitchen & wet bar and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests.

On the main floor is an open concept living area which includes your dining, living room, wet bar, fireplace, kitchen and a half bathroom in the hallway. The sliding glass doors open up to a 10x20 beachfront private pool with a built-in sun shelf. A few steps from the pool is your beach boardwalk which takes you directly down to the coastline. Also located on this floor is a king room with private en-suite.

Up the stairs, on the second floor is the remainder of the sleeping accommodations. On the street side is a queen over queen bunk room and just down the hallway is a room featuring 2 twin over twin bunks, each of these bedrooms have their own private en-suites. On the beach side is a spacious king master suite with double vanity en-suite and furnished walkout balcony overlooking the white sandy beaches. For added convenience, there is also a washer and dryer set on this floor.

Your pool is heated! If this feature is something you're interested in, our team must activate it for you. Be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay!

You have beach access through a boardwalk leading directly from the house!

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and must be signed within 72 hours of booking. A valid credit card is required to be put on file. Please review the following important details:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.

Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

    Came to Panama City Beach for a football tournament. This was a great location on the beachfront. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and of course the beach.

    This property is in a great location, between Panama City Beach and Rosemary but far enough from both to feel like you're in a small beach town. We were able to easily walk to Thomas Donuts or the local Carousel market in the morning. The house and it's views are breathtaking. It was our first time staying at a house directly on the beach like this so our review may be a bit skewed, but even on the one cloudy day that we had, it was still great. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to possibly staying here again.

    Perfect size for our family of five, and location is quiet and away from crowds. We had a great time using the pool and the beach is just steps away. We like to do a lot of outdoor cooking, and the supplied charcoal bbq is a pain. It would be nice if the beach towels were supplied because they took up a lot of the luggages space. The place is well maintained and management promptly resolved our request. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to book this house again.

    The house is directly on the beach with a private pool. The pool was on the small side… But worked just fine. The house was spotless and well equipped. My only comment would be the beach chairs rented from Holiday Beach Rentals were not comfortable. The house was worth every penny spent. We look forward to visiting again soon.

    We had a great time at this property. The house is beautiful, spacious & fully stocked with cookware plus an outdoor charcoal grill. There are multiple grocery stores within a few miles of the house. We loved having access to both the beach & a swimming pool. I also liked that the deck had plenty of both sun & shade. If traveling with toddlers/small children, I would definitely bring or borrow a baby gate or 2 to block off the flight of 19 stairs, otherwise you won’t be able to relax. The pool alarm is also a great feature if you have small kids or individuals with special needs. There is a button that must be pushed each time the back door opens or an alarm will sound within seconds. We would definitely return!
