The Space:

Welcome to our charming floating house on the stunning Lake Cumberland! Enjoydirect access to a world of water activities from our prime location at Lake Cumberland Marina North. Upon arrival, you'll find ample parking and a secure, gated community with on-site security for your peace of mind. Additional amenities include a communal bathhouse with extra bathrooms and showers, plus convenient boat trailer parking. Launch your boat directly from the dock and park it right in front of your Floathouzz! Safety is a priority, with life jackets readily available in a patio locker. A 2-person kayak is available for your enjoyment as well. Inside, you'll find TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and loft bedroom for some relaxing downtime.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the Floathouzz, the boat ramp, boat parking in front of Floathouzz along with bathhouse which contains extra bathrooms.



The Neighborhood:

This is a private on water Floating House community located near Lake Cumberland Marina off Alligator 1 Boat Ramp in Russell Springs KY. This is the first of it's kind and one of the only on water stays on Lake Cumberland with the most unique lake stay opportunity.



Getting Around:

You can go on the lake to get some food or drinks at the few local restaurants or you're about a 15-20 minute drive to plenty of stores/restaurants.

Please Note: No smoking inside or outside on the patio.



No Pets Allowed!



Interaction with Guests:

We have some on site staff in the event you need anything. Security is around at night and can assist with golf cart rides if needed.
