On The Sugar White Sands of Pensacola Beach-

The place was clean, spacious, good size. Beach view was not available but the pool was nice and the walk to the beach was ok for younger travelers. We used very little and very clean. My only recommendation would be to put in a bar for safely in the bathrooms with tubs. Overall we plan to come back as we can. When we entered the property it had a strong mold smell. There were stains on the carpet in the foyer on second floor. The chair in the living room was damaged. There were water stains with mold growing on the ceiling in the living room area. The railing to the second floor was coming out of the wall. The vent from the dryer was not covered causing lint to get allOver the car. The advertised description said it was on the beach with beach views when in actuality it was two buildings away from the beach with no beach view. We stayed only one night of the 3 that was booked given the misrepresentations

Fabulous location, beautiful beach within walking distance. Nice little condo community - very peaceful. Swimming pools are clean and easily accessible. The condo unit has a nice spacious terrace east facing so you can enjoy evening dinners. The floorplan is excellent. Each room has its own en-suite and the main level has a half bath. The home was well stocked with kitchen items and some items for the beach.

The condo was perfect. A very short walk to the beach and perfectly centered between the two pools. Very dog-friendly and kind permanent residents. Will definitely stay again!

Condo was in a great location in Pensacola beach, very quiet and nice gated area with 2 nice pools. Had everything we needed for a family of four with 2 young children. Beach access was very easy, just a short walk, maybe 1000 ft at most to the ocean. Nice little local market across the street, close to the trolley stops. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Property very clean. Plenty of room. Very short walk to the beach, private area, nice pool. Beach was not over crowded in this area. My only negative comment is the wifi.

Such a nice place to stay we took our annual Mother’s Day trip for the year and chose this listing due to the location and it did not disappoint! Nice and clean easy access to everything and definitely would rent again.

Property was comfortable, great location, pet friendly and had many conveniences like board games, cooking utensils/small appliances. We look forward to returning!

We enjoyed a short 2 night stay. The condo had everything we needed. It's a short walk to the beach and short drive to stores and restaurants. It was clean.There are stairs to the front door and the bedrooms, that may be a consideration for some.I think it was a good value for the location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Regency Cabana! Great location and easy access to the beach! It was so quiet on this part of the beach which was nice! The two pools were perfect for when we needed a break from the beach! Close proximity to restaurants and activities! The townhome was very clean and updated!

The space was great! Clean, accommodating and easy to find. Our dog loves the water so it was an easy trek to the beach. Very quiet, which is nice. Would stay again.

The place was perfect for us. It was nice, clean, and had plenty of space for our party of 4. The location was great! Super close to the beach and walking distance to the rest of our family who were staying down the street. Bill was very responsive. Check-in instructions were sent to us early and we knew what to expect. It was an easy process and wonderful stay! We even extended an extra day!

I really loved this place. It’s right by the trolly stop , so you don’t have to combat traffic if you don’t want. The property is clean and very well kept. The only thing I would change is that maybe they should put up some blackout curtains because the bedrooms are flooded with natural light.
