Set across two levels, this three-bedroom residence is just a short walk to beautiful Red Rocks Beach, close to the Cowes boat ramp, and in close proximity to the town centre with its supermarkets, cafés and shops—an excellent choice for a relaxing and enjoyable beach escape.

Located in a quiet street, the townhouse is tastefully furnished to suit couples, families, or friends seeking a peaceful holiday experience.

This townhouse provides everything needed for a memorable stay on Phillip Island, centrally located to access many of Phillip Island’s well-known attractions.

Enter either via the front door with a key code or through the remote double garage.

The townhouse only available for seven guests and you rent the whole townhouse out.

The house is located in a residential area and noise, and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.

PLEASE NOTE:
- There is 7.5% State government short term levy collected at time of booking. This is added to the total accommodation including the cleaning fee.
- No smoking policy
- PETS: No Pets
- LINEN: Please note sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. You can either bring your own or hire them from Dianne, the Holiday Rental Manager. The only time linen is provided is at the Moto GP championship weekend.
- BOND: A bond of $400 is held against your credit card. There is no payment required.
- STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)
