On the Pool, 1/2 mile to beach, Golf Cart!

One word to describe it is WOW! The house was the perfect size for our family of 10. The house was spotless. Kids loved the bunk room! The resort style pool was amazing, and access to the beach was so easy with the golf cart. We hope to return in the future, and we would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone!

Highly recommend this property! The house and community are beautiful. The house was super clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils. Our favorite was the resort style pool and close location to the beach. We utilized the cruiser bikes to cycle down to the beach frequently during our stay. It's just a short bike ride to get there. The beaches are also beautiful. We would definitely recommend!

The house was amazing. Kim and Andy so so helpful for VRBO first timers! Everything perfect as promised. We will be back! Perfect rooming situation for our family of 7. Everything we had for our stay was there and we lacked for nothing. 5 star++ rental.

What an experience! Great place that exceeded pictures and expectations. This is a beautiful house in the perfect location. Minutes from the beach. Plus, the swimming pool area behind the house is amazing!!! Best ever!!

The home was clean, beautiful and comfortable! Family trip - 8 adults, 1 three yr old The home is more beautiful than the pictures. We rented 2 golf carts that made fun transportation to the public beach A few of us walked because we like to walk, it’s about a 20 minute comfortable walk. The pool was very refreshing and beautiful to view from the house. The home was awesome for our family!?

Beautiful & Comfortable! Family vacation - 8 adults and 1 three year old. The house was perfect for us! Better than pictures! Direct access to the pool, front door is code lock, cute paint brushes on front porch to help dust any beach sand off. Nice appliances and kitchen ware. We rented 2 golf carts to make easy fast transportation to the beach. Some of us walked a couple times, just because we like to walk. About a 15 - 20 minute comfortable walk. So glad we choose this home!

The house was perfect - spotless, beautiful, well-stocked. I'm not sure the photos do it justice. The main living area downstairs was very spacious, and upstairs there is an additional large living room for kids to hang out in. The beds are comfortable, the master bath has a luxurious shower, and the location is convenient. I loved that there were multiple areas and rooms to sit, so I was always able to find a space to get away by myself. The beach is walkable - less than a mile. There is limited parking there for either golf carts or cars, but we were there at a slow time and did find plenty of parking. Bikes are also available at the house. There is ample room for at least two cars, and no parking allowed on them street. There was a starter supply of everything important (except coffee - you can get that at the cefco or publix right up the main road). By far my favorite thing was the pool. The entrance is right behind the house. It is actually three pools - baby pool, medium-shallow depth pool, and large pool with waterfall. It was not overrun with kids, at least while I was there, but it is definitely a place most kids would love. It's open until 10, which means you can swim at night. Be aware that it doesn't open until 12 for non-residents, or so it says on the check-in documents. The neighborhood was quiet and gated, but not overly policed. Our hosts were great and apparently live nearby. In short, wonderful place and highly recommended!

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Very clean and spacious. Having the pool in our backyard was a huge plus! Short drive to the beach, shops and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Our Family of five had the pleasure of renting this amazing home while we were in Santa Rosa Beach for a family wedding. There is no negative thing to say, only positives. We biked to the beach on the Yolo bikes provided, swam in the amazing pool constantly, enjoyed (the beautiful) well stocked kitchen, sat out on the screened porch for coffee (and other beverages in the evening ?) and slept so good! Would love to be able to stay again. Thank you Kim and Andy…you are the best!
