It has a private drive, it provides plenty room for two , it is beautifully decorated , has a well equipped kitchen with major appliances and conveniently located to Town Center and the beach. Who could ask for more??

The home was comfortable, well-equipped and convenient to the gym, the pool and only a few blocks to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Also, the outside dining and sitting areas are private and well-maintained. I will definitely stay again!

We’ve been coming to Seaside a handful of times a year for the last 6 years and this was, without a doubt, our favorite stay. Great storage, plenty of comforts of home with a tub, washer/dryer, full sized fridge, etc. Loved the outdoor space and the proximity to the gym/pool and town square. Hoping to secure it for all future trips! And Homeowner’s Collection always takes such good care of us. Ready to return!

Loved this cozy guesthouse. Ample space to stretch out, perfect location on a quiet corner lot. The balcony is a perfect spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Kitchen is stocked with the essentials. Bed could have be a little more comfy but that’s a tiny flaw in a long list of ideal comforts. We will be back again!

Perfect size for my husband and me. We’ve been to Seaside for the past 10 years but always with our kids. This was the first year it was just the two of us. Quiet, beautiful, clean. Short walk to beach and town. Would recommend! We should have paid more attention to the parking and access directions :)) But we didn’t so it took us a minute to figure out which door and parking assignment. But as soon as I reached out to management, they were there in minutes!!

We could not have asked for more, so much room, beautifully decorated, full kitchen with the top of the line appliances, so clean and in the best location. We would like to return here next year.
