On Government St! Walk to restaurants, bars & shopping! The Vincent B

The property was in a great location, close to everything. The only issue we had was the AC . It was not working properly, very hot in the unit. I texted the property manager & he was quick to respond with suggestions to try on the AC unit control. Nothing seemed to help with the temperature in the unit . So sleeping was miserable. The property manager was quick to respond to my many texts & has let me know that the owner is refunding money for my stay & a discount for a future stay with them .

The accommodations had everything we needed. Once we parked, we didn't get in our vehicle until we checked out because the rental was perfectly located for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The host was easy to reach and always replied in a timely manner.

The location was fantastic and the place was very clean.

House was very clean, Location was perfect to walk to anything we wanted to do in Downtown Ocean Springs - plenty of fun little shops and lots of restaurants to choose from. We had a great stay and will definitely be back to stay again. Host was very prompt to respond to any messages we sent.

We loved everything about our stay here! It is just as pictured. It was very clean! And my standards are very high when it comes to cleanliness. It felt like the perfect little home away from home that we were able to relax in. The location can’t be beat. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend this property and host!

What a lovely place!!!!!! 2-5 minute walk to shopping, coffee, restaurants, and more! The house was clean and exactly like the photos. Perfect for our weekend stay.

Great little get away place to spend the weekend with my wife on our 31 wedding anniversary. We walked to every thing we wanted to do.

Host was a lifesaver Thanksgiving weekend. Our original rental thru another rental agency canceled after we showed up to check in. In a panic I contacted this host and he was so helpful and accommodating! I recommend 1000 stars! Will definitely stay again! And thank you again for being so helpful to us!

Wonderful for a weekend away! My husband and I throughly enjoyed staying here. Perfect location to enjoy all downtown Ocean Springs has to offer. Everything was walkable. The unit is adorable! Enjoyed sitting on the porch with a glass of wine and listening to bands playing in nearby restaurant. We will be back!

Whoever cleans this place did not clean the floors. There was something (not sure what) on the bathroom floor. It was obvious to the eye. Secondly, the unit we stayed in was hot! The unit couldn’t keep up and the thermostat is not very user friendly either. Other than that it was a great spot. I love the front porch to just sit and people watch.

Enjoyed music, food, and shopping. Location of The Vincent was perfect for our activities.

Only thing we found that could be changed was the couch and chair. Very uncomfortable. Overall was a great place. Will stay again.

The location is central Ocean Springs. Listing is accurate. Very comfortable bed. Property was clean and well kept. Several activities within walking distance including a museum, beach/bay, park, scenic neighborhood, bars, restaurants, pizza parlor, and shops. Short drive to Biloxi and casinos.

Just steps from all bars, restaurants, shops etc!! Parking and private entrances, beautifully renovated, super clean, comfy bed, short distance to the beach…awesome place to stay in Ocean Springs!!

We lived our stay here. It was so cute, the bed was very comfortable, had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Location is great. We love Ocean Springs and hope to stay here again!

Very clean and all shops in walking distance

We came down for the Mardi Gras Parade. Location was great, easy walk to everything. Communications with the owners was easy on the app, and they were quick to respond. It was very nice and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parked my girlfriends car at the house and my truck in the very convenient parking lot across the street. Will definitely book here again. We come to Ocean Springs a few times a year.

We took a quick last minute trip. Usually that means you will not get the best place to stay. Just the opposite here. We loved the Vincent. Very clean and everything we needed was here. Close walk to all of the places we wanted to go. We will definitely stay here again and tell anyone we know who may be coming about this place. The owner was very helpful up front so there was no need to contact him during our stay. Thank you!

This was the cutest place we have stayed in Ocean Springs. It was walking distance to everything and the host was so easy to get in touch with when we had one minor issue with the internet. It was fixed immediately. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future.
