The guesthouse was perfect! beautifully decorated, very warm and homey feel, comfortable, super clean, with so many details. Loved our stay!!

This property is a GEM!! Loved everything about it. Hope it is available the next time we come to Waco. We have a home on a canal in Cocoa Beach that we rent to others, and this property gives us goals. We didn't use the kitchen, but the little extras everywhere made an impact (face wipes in the bathroom, a bottle of wine even though we didn't drink it, all necessary laundry items and more). Plus the furnishings were amazing.

My two daughters & I spent two nights in this beautiful home. It is meticulous in every way and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed and more. Very comfortable beds with nice linens were a huge plus! We would recommend this property to anyone with no hesitations.

The best property we have ever stayed at! Met my best friend there for a few days on a girls trip. Location was close to a lot of things and neighborhood was quiet and safe. Everything was well appointed for everything we could possibly need. The beds were super comfy. Will definitely stay there again when in Waco.

I hosted my daughter’s baby shower here and stayed for 2 nights. The home is beautiful and has everything you could need. The neighborhood is lovely too and we enjoyed a few walks to explore it. We will definitely return!!

The location and lovely neighborhood are prime for access to Baylor. The home is beautiful.... spotlessly clean and high-end furnishings. Very functional and comfortable layout with every detail considered. We would love to return to this amazing rental as often as we are in Waco.

My family stayed here for my son’s College graduation, it was wonderful! Extremely well appointed, meticulous and great location.

We stayed at this beautiful location for 13 days in May. Our daughter had her 1st child on May 1st. She has a very small home, and we were looking for a home with a great kitchen to provide meals and leave a refrigerator full of leftovers. This home was perfect! The kitchen was to die for in terms of cooking - everything we needed was there, even a slow cooker. We were also able to grill steaks for Mother's day (Bill even came to make sure there was sufficient propane for us!). The home was impeccably clean - I even wrote down what was used on their hard wood floors...they felt squeaky clean. Ample top notch paper products and other supplies were available. We loved the night lights in the hallway...and the bottle of wine and water left for us. Communication was prompt and always helpful. I cannot say enough great things about this home. It will be our go-to-home if available on all our future visits to Waco. Thank you Bill!

My cousin and I enjoyed a weekend at our new favorite property in Waco over Valentines weekend. The house was one of the most well appointed homes we've ever visited. The beds and towels were top notch and so comfy. The home was clean and they had it stocked with everything we could've needed and then some! This is the cleanest most beautifully remodeled VRBO we have ever found in Waco. Every single detail was perfect and had been thought of. The furnishings are gorgeous. The courtyard is magical!!! It’s full of the most spectacular and fragrant roses! This home and the owners are so Welcoming. The owners were so lovely and kind. Just can’t say enough nice things about this rental.

It’s perfect in every way! The location, the furnishings, the air conditioning, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the bedrooms! We have stayed this property three times. We would always say here anytime it is open. It is truly the best! (Don’t want to put that because then everyone will know, but everyone should know)

This was such a wonderful place to stay. It was simply beautiful and Such a quiet Place. Everything, and I mean everything was clean from top to bottom. I contacted him because we came into town earlier than expected and that was fine with him. We had a bottle of wine there for us when we arrived. Where do I start. When you drive up you can see the courtyard from the driveway. And the grounds are neat and manicured. There is plenty of seating for all in that courtyard. When you walk in from the back there is a hallway foyer. The Kitchen is next. When I tell you everything you need is right there in that lovely kitchen. The fridge made me feel right at home, because there was plenty of room. The dinning table seated all of us. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were full of thick hotel grade towels. The shower that we had has a rain shower in it and felt so good before bed time. The funiture in that house is so beautiful. Trust me it is not cheap by any means. We were so very pleased with our stay and we plan on returning again. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We rate this 1000+
