Stayed Dec 30, 2025A wonderful property! The kitchen could use some new pans and serving bowls as well as sharp knives, but that was the only thing we would recommend!

Stayed Jul 27, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented large homes from SandHill for 3 years each August. This house was ithe most expensive and infested with bugs. Roaches snd ants everywhere. After there first night we only ate out. The ants were so bad they were in our luggage on the 2nd floor. I was bite at night along with my daughter by what I can only assume to be a spider.I called and complained and got a couple traps delivered. I spend a lot of money (this home was 6k for a week) with Sand Hills each year but will look somewhere else next year.

Stayed Apr 29, 2024This house was truly amazing! It was spacious and clean! We had no issues during our stay. We were able to cook meals in with their nice double oven and two refrigerators. Our only complaint was that the house was on a busy street and we had to drive to get to some trails for walking. It was just a short drive to multiple different parks, though! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

Stayed Apr 14, 2024House was as described. Great location and plenty of room. One downfall was the air conditioning couldn't cool the house. Temperatures on the main level were in mid 70s. Upper levels were from 78 to 82, even at night. Called for service our last day, but nobody was available until the next day for service
