Originally built in 1946 and recently remodeled, this home has all of the amenities. Beautifully appointed rooms, full kitchen, and plenty of space. Centrally located close to the downtown area, the park, and wineries. Large fenced in backyard with private patio area equipped with a BBQ for personal enjoyment or entertaining.

This home is perfect for couples vacationing together or small families. Your dog is welcome too!

The location is perfect, the neighborhood quiet and beautiful. The basics are covered, pets are welcome, and we even added the bonus of 2 bikes for those of you who enjoy a ride thru the park or to and from the downtown area.

Cancellations: A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.
House Rules:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early or late requests must be approved in advance and may include a fee.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. You may have up to 4 additional daytime visitors, provided they do not stay overnight and all house rules, including quiet hours and no events, are followed.

Exceeding the maximum overnight occupancy of the home without approval may result in a minimum $500 fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

No smoking or vaping inside the home. A minimum $250 fee will apply for violations.

Pets must be approved in advance where allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.

This property includes a $50 Safely damage protection policy covering up to $3,000 in accidental damages. Guests are responsible for any damage not covered, including misuse or rule violations.

Please follow all posted rules for amenities (hot tub, pool, etc.), as additional fees may apply for misuse. Improper use of the hot tub that requires draining or additional cleaning may result in a $250 service fee.

Some homes may have exterior security cameras at entry points, which are disclosed within the listing. There are no cameras inside the home.

Homes on septic systems require care. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products, as damage may result.

Some properties may have additional restrictions such as no pets or adults-only policies. Please review the specific listing details for any home-specific guidelines.

Commercial photography, filming, or events are not allowed without prior approval.

For direct bookings, a 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations. This does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb or Marriott.

    IT's all so welcoming. My husband and I consider it our home away from home when we visit family in Walla Walla. I can't wait to stay when the weather is good because that back yard is darling. Thank you!!PS My only comment is the mattress in the front bedroom might need some love. After 2 days it did not lend itself to restful sleep.

    Very comfortable and clean mid century home with modern facilities. The yard was perfect for my dog to run and very well kept. The house has some sort of design plan because anything that we needed, it was there. Comfortable living area to visit. Kitchen was well well equipped and easy to make meals. The beds were very comfortable. Loved that there is a beautiful park within walking distance with century old trees, pond, bird sanctuary and walking trails. Will stay again.

    A large backyard was perfect for frisbee chasing for the dog, plus an easy walk to beautiful Pioneer Park and easy biking or a short drive to Bennington Lake trail for hiking or biking. A bit of a walk to downtown if you want. Very comfortable. You can look up 42 in the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Universe.

    We loved our stay in the Olive House. Everything was so pretty, comfortable and thoughtful. All the little things to make a stay more enjoyable was applied, such as bedside chargers, convenient lighting, comfortable beds and bedding, fully stocked kitchen with well maintained appliances, a sizable bathroom with everything one would need. On top of all that the yard is so inviting and private. We played games on the grass and cards on the outside patio table. Having the bikes available so we could tour around the town and see everything up close was perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay and thank you for the wine and tasting!!

    House is very comfortable, clean and nice location. The fenced yard was perfect for our little dog. I would rent again. The only negative point was a lack of screens on the windows, especially in the bathroom. A small issue, but would be nice.

    This home was absolutely perfect for our stay. I cannot think of one thing that I would change. The owners obviously have given a lot of thought and care to the needs of people renting their home. It is well appointed, clean, comfortable, cozy, and quiet. Check in was flawless. Everything in the home worked to perfection. We were so grateful to have a yard for our little dog and we enjoyed sitting on the covered back patio enjoying a beautiful Walla Walla summer. We visit the area often and will definitely be reserving Olive house again! Owners and managers, thank you for doing it right—This home is the gold standard all vacation rentals need to meet!

    Very quaint, 1940s refurbished cottage within walking distance to Pioneer Park and downtown. Quiet neighborhood and large fenced backyard for grilling and to exercise our dog Maggie.
