    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen and living area were incredibly comfortable, providing ample space for eight adults to relax and unwind. The bedrooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. It was a pleasant surprise to find four bathrooms and showers.The house was conveniently located near the base of the mountain, but the way back up was uphill. The hot tub was a bit small for a house that sleeps ten people. We could only fit four adults in at a time, so we had to take turns using it. It wasn’t exactly a ski-in/ski-out situation.We had some issues during our stay. The fireplace didn’t work, but we managed to manually turn it on. We also had some trouble with the hot tub temperature, but iTrip was able to arrange for someone to fix the issue. The washer didn’t drain the water, so my clothes were soaked. It took three dryer spins to dry everything. Lastly, the ice maker didn’t work, and there was only one hair dryer for the entire house.Overall, our experience was positive, and iTrip was very responsive and helpful in resolving our issues.

    My family and I loved this house!! The views were beautiful, so close to downtown Park City and so much room for a large family. Check in was super easy but unfortunately there were cars that parked right in front of the garage which made it hard at times to get in and out of the garage.

    Enjoyed this wonderful townhouse (March 2025). HERE'S WHAT WE LIKED: (1.) Great management. We had to text a few times for minor issues and they were quick to fix. (2) Good location. We walked to skiing and left our skis at the rental place. NOTE: The walk (at the end of the day) is uphill on steep grade so just be ready for some exercise. Recommend wearing street shoes and carry your boots. Leave skis at rental place. (3.) Large comfy living area with fire place (4) Four FULL bathrooms. Two bedrooms having ensuites. (5.) Comfortable beds! All of us slept well with no back pains. (6.) Large kitchen with big dining table. (7) Garage for parking our van. We didn't have to scrape snow! (8) All the rooms had humifiers. Very important for us sotherners used to our humidity! (9) The townhouse is a little dated but, still good. We noticed new carpeting in large living area which we appreciated. Unless you need brand new, you should be ok. OK. HERE IS WHAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: (1) The TV was not good. Yes it was a smart tv so we would watch a movie on Netflix. And there were a zillion channels. But, no live TV? No CNN, Fox, ESPN, etc? (2) Poor snow remoal service. The owners of these condos don't have adequate early morning snow removal service. We had heavy snow the day we were leaving and had some trouble getting out of the long driveway to the main street. If driving, we recommend a four wheel drive vehicle.

    This house was very comfortable for our group of 8 adults. It was also very clean up on arrival. Areas for improvement are stocking the kitchen a bit better with necessary items. For example there were only 2 wine glasses. As well, it would have been nice to have extra towel linens given there is a jacuzzi. Many had to use the same towel that they were using after their showers.All in all a great experience though. The house was close to the base of the mountain and was a brisk walk down a few flights of stairs to town. Management was also very responsive and allowed us to check in early.

    The condo was the perfect fit for our family of 9! Family room and kitchen were spacious and the hot tub was hot and easy to use. Location was great too. We had 2 SUVs but could only fit one in the garage.

    The pictures and description of this property are very accurate. It was a great place for us to celebrate Thanksgiving as a family. Close enough to downtown Park City to enjoy it, but also slightly removed from the action. There were a couple small issues that management was very responsive to solve right away! Would strongly recommend this is a great place to stay.
