Perfect stay for a college reunion for a group of friends. House was clean with all that we needed for our stay. The yard and pool was great and the home was the perfect size for our group. Comfy beds too!

Dave was a great host. We arrived early and was allowed to check in. The house was very very clean. The kitchen was stocked with spices, coffee, creamer, paper towels. The laundry room had detergent and pods if you wanted to wash clothes before leaving. The house is located not far from restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this home if traveling to Arizona.

My college roommate is saying I do next month and we held the bachelorette party in Scottsdale. This property stood out immediately on the website and EVERYTHING advertised was true! The owner Dave was super responsive, the pool was amazing, rooms and beds were very comfortable. The garage area had a pool table and there were plenty of pool floaties. 100% I recommend this property. Price was good, and the owner was very rapid in response to any questions we had. Early check in was granted, no problems entering or leaving property and the A/C kept us nice and cool in the hot Arizona sun. Very close to the airport and other happening spots in Scottsdale. 10 out of 10!

This was the perfect location for a girls trip— and had all the right amenities (pool, hot tub).Loved all the bedroom and bathroom space too!

Dave was great host, house had everything we needed. Located near entertainment district and enjoyed the pool & Hot tub. Scottsdale never disappoints!

Beds were very comfortable. Panty was well stocked. Took a minute to figure out the coffee maker. Cooked our meals and Kitchen worked well. Water pressure in main bath for shows was a bit weak. Overall location was great, close to Frys.

First, the good news! The owner/ manager is great at communication and answered all of my questions. The home was well stocked with towels, extra pillows, kitchen items, etc. A few members of my family and I stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was a great house with space for everyone. The beds are really comfortable which makes a vacation all the better in my opinion. The only downside is that the photos made this house look bigger than it is and it needs some TLC/ maintenance. Overall a great stay!!

Place was nice and close to everything!

Everything was on point. Only thing that was missing was the dartboard. Appreciated cleanliness and all other amenities!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute house near Old Town Scottsdale! Plenty of room for our group of 5 to recreate both indoors and outside on the back patio and pool area. We requested pool heat which was perfect for cooler October nights, and the hot tub was a hit! Easy Uber ride to and from Old Town, and only about 10-15 minutes from the Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter area. The host was very accommodating to our needs.

Lovely stay for 7 ladies, kitchen had all the things for preparing and serving meals, beds comfy, plenty of house and pool towels. We enjoyed the hot tub and corn hole.

This house is in a great location. The girls and I enjoyed all the amenities and really had a terrific time. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. The house is well maintainedand the owner is very quick to respond. to

Great house and location to Old Town Scottsdale! We had a big group (12) for our annual girls weekend and this house was very spacious and fit all of us very comfortably. Love the pool and all of the outdoor seating! You can’t go wrong with this one! Thanks Dave!!
