    Perfect unit for our group of 7. Appliances not new but worked fine. Location was great, very close to grocery and bus for skiing. Pool and hottubd better than photos on listing

    Excellent, except dated and not enough kitchen supplies( like measuring cups, etc…). Location fantastic. Not enough trash recepticals for guests.

    Our family of 7 adults spent 9 great days at the Park Avenue Hideout. The unit was very comfortable for all of us and nicely appointed with all of the amenities we needed during our stay. The bus stop was just steps away which provided easy access to PC mtn, the Canyons and downtown PC. Grocery store was across the street.     Our family all met in Park City to make up the holidays together. Very clean with nice added amenities. Greet beds(don’t love the pillows), great furniture to hang out together. It’s very dated if that bothers you. Everything is super clean and the price was amazing, so we were happy to make that concession. Customer service was wonderful and quick. We had a great weekend.

    This rental got the job done and was great for our family of 6. The kitchen was large and good for some cooking. The beds were decent with a foam mattress in the master. There were more than enough pillows.

    We had three days of cold showers and me continually messaging them for someone to finally reply and send someone out to turn the water heater to 111 degrees so we could have warm showers. It took 5 days for someone to respond about the lack of gym that is in the description and is said to be on property. I still haven’t had any response to my message regarding the lack of cleaning in this unit. There were dead bugs by the beds, a very used and dirty sponge in kitchen and the extra blankets were covered in dog hair.

    The AC was not working in the home, or at least the air was turned on and it was blowing hot air. We tried to contact the property management but no response. We made it work and it was still nice. One room is wide open which could be uncomfy but it's hidden enough to have space from folks.
